What truly directs manifestation is the amplitude of your emotional response, the powerful signal you send to the quantum field. Let’s quantum shift together and explore how to master this process.

The Quantum Field Responds to Emotional Amplitude
The quantum field responds to the amplitude of your emotional response. What does that mean exactly? It doesn’t register things as simply “positive” or “negative.” Instead, it responds to the sheer intensity of your reaction to any creation that exists within you. It’s a direct communication based on the strength of your feeling.
For example, imagine a positive experience happens in your current reality. When that happens, we respond with a specific emotion, whether that is joy, happiness, or gratitude. Usually, this happens quite quickly. We give it the emotional response, maybe some excitement, and then it passes. We then go back to a plateau, which we can call balance.
Our Default Setting: Amplifying the Negative
Now, let’s consider when we have a negative or undesired experience. What do we usually do? We respond with way more amplitude. We give a much stronger emotional response to that negative event. This powerful reaction creates a clear communication to the quantum field, essentially saying, “Yes, that’s what I love. That’s what I want to experience more of. That is what I choose.”
The universe, or the quantum field, only responds to the amplitude of the emotion you give, regardless of whether it’s positive or negative. So, when we give a massive emotional charge to our problems and a fleeting one to our joys, we inadvertently ask for more problems.
How Your Emotions Create Your Reality: A Simple Technique
Here is a simple way to quantum shift yourself into your desired experience. It involves consciously choosing where to place your emotional energy. The process is straightforward but requires practice.
- Stay Neutral with the Negative: Whenever a negative emotion or an undesired experience occurs, give it as little emotional response as possible. Stay neutral with it. Sit with that emotion and just allow it to be observed without judgment.
- Amplify the Positive: When the experiences occur that you do choose, give that emotion a whole lot of love, excitement, and joy. Amp yourself up in that experience. This deliberate action increases the amplitude of your positive emotional response.
When you refuse to increase the emotional amplitude for a negative event, a balancing point occurs. This then communicates something new to the quantum field. It says, “Oh, I need to provide more of the other thing that she actually responded to, because she didn’t really respond to this one.” In turn, you begin to create a beautiful wave of emotional response, which is the frequency and vibration of choice. This attracts more of what you desire to create and experience, instead of the things you do not.
You Always Have Control Over Your Response
Remember, there is one thing we do have control of in this experience, and that is how you choose to react or how you choose to respond to any given situation.
If you choose to react strongly to a negative experience, you’re just communicating to the universe, “Yes, I want more of that.” However, if you remain neutral, create an observant experience, see it, acknowledge it, and move on, you break the cycle. You can then consciously move on to the desired experience and the emotional response you choose to have in your reality.
As you observe, see, and acknowledge a negative experience, you can immediately counteract it. Do this by creating the desired alternative in your mind. Visualize the outcome you want and, most importantly, generate the emotions of choice. Generate that amplitude spike of emotion that you do choose to experience. This way, you will be clearly communicating your desired experience to the universe.

- Take a nice, deep breath in to find that balancing point within yourself.
- Now, focus on what you choose to feel, what you desire to experience. Feel what the feelings would feel like in that experience.
- Think about something exciting, like a ride on a roller coaster. There’s always a lot of excitement there, right? Feel that amped-up energy. Create the amplitude spike.
- You can visualize that and hold that frequency for a moment. Just take another deep breath in, hold the breath, feel that excitement, and exhale.
Very good. You can practice this over and over, more and more every single day. Whenever a negative event occurs in your life, give it absolutely no amplitude in your emotional response. Stay neutral, stay grounded, and stay balanced. Once it’s passed, move into the desired experience, choose again, and focus on spiking the amplitude in that emotion of choice.
