We continue to work with AWS to determine root-cause.Nov 7, 17:56 UTCUpdate – We have traced the issue to an Amazon AWS load balancer failure. We are on a call with AWS and they are investigating.Nov 7, 17:09 UTCIdentified – Many responses are slow due to a backend database issue. We are investigating and have a potential mitigation in place.
