What does that feel like in your body? Don’t analyze it; just feel it. Is your chest open or tight? Is your breathing deep or shallow? Do you feel expansive or constricted? This is your body providing crucial data. Simply notice it.
- Return to Neutral: Step back to the center. Shake it off physically to clear the energy. Take a deep, cleansing breath.
- Step into Choice B: Now, physically step or move to the right. Once again, imagine you’ve made this choice and it’s six months later. Tune into your body’s sensations. Is there a sense of expansion or contraction? Do you notice heaviness or lightness? Energy or fatigue?
Decoding Your Body’s Yes and No
Your body inherently knows the frequency of your most aligned path. The signals are usually quite clear once you learn to listen. Generally, feelings of contraction, tightness, and heaviness are the body’s way of saying “no.” In contrast, feelings of expansion, lightness, and openness are the body’s resounding “yes.”
Do you realize what you just did? You just let two versions of your future self send information back to your present self through the entangled connection of consciousness.
