The Ultimate Power Is Your Choice

Do we limit ourselves by living by the stories others tell us about who we are? So many people do, forgetting that the ultimate power is your choice. We often internalize what others say, letting their narratives define our reality. This discussion explores the profound power of choice and how you can reclaim your authority to define yourself, for yourself.

Breaking Free From “I’ve Been Told”

I see a familiar story play out very often in the decisions people make. When I ask someone a question like, “Tell me who you are,” I frequently get an answer rooted in external validation.

โ€œWell, I’ve been told. I’ve been told that this is what I am, or I’ve been told that this is what I have, if it’s an illness, or I’ve been told that I need to be like this or be like that.โ€

I’m here to remind you that you need to tell yourself who you are. You are the one making the choices in every moment of your life. You are the one that is with yourself 24/7. It doesn’t matter what anyone else says or tells you to do. You always have the final choice.

The Ultimate Power Is Your Choice

You are the only one that can decide what you choose to be, where you choose to go, or how you choose to feel. No one else can do that for you. And if you’re new here, I’m Aela Lee, and I help people quantum shift through using frequency and imagination to help you go back to the original you. And always, always, I use choice.

Why? Because what does choice do for us? Choice empowers us. It puts us in the position where we know that we are the only one that makes the choice. You are the only one that can make a choice for yourself.

React vs. Respond: You Always Have A Choice

Then I hear so often, “But I don’t have a choice.” You always do. And let me tell you why. You are the only one that can choose whether you’re going to react to a situation or whether you’re going to respond to a situation.

Is one better than the other? No. They’re both valid, but you can choose which path to take.

  • You can choose to react and reciprocate, which often recreates the same experience over and over again.
  • Or, you can choose to respond and allow yourself to create towards the thing that you’re choosing to experience.

Both paths can ultimately lead to the same place. The first one, reacting, just operates within time. The other, responding, operates by utilizing time and allowing time to work for you. Therefore, it actually shortens time and creates a shift. So remember, you always have a choice.

What Will You Choose to Create?
