Details: The Awakening Begins, LLC is thrilled to give you this specialized support and training. We know that it will take dedication, commitment, follow-through, and aligned action from both parties to be successful. As a result, we have clearly outlined both what you can expect from us and what we will expect from you.
1. Services (What You Can Expect from Us)
This RCP Course Includes:
- Access to the Reality Creation Process (RCP) foundational course
- Access to the “Portal to a Life You Love” recorded Super Conscious Integration session
- Bonus Series of Recorded Super Conscious Integration Sessions
- Lifetime Access to the Etayowa.Life Community Membership
The RCP Course with QSE & DKE Session Bundle Include the above RCP Course plus:
- TWO One-on-One Sessions tailored to you:
- Discovery Key Experience (DKE)
- Quantum Shift Exploration (QSE)
2. Lifetime Access Criteria
To enjoy lifetime access to the Etayowa.Life Community Membership, please:
- Ensure all payments are made on time as agreed.
- Complete all recorded content within 6 months of enrollment.
- Complete all included one-on-one sessions within 6 months of enrollment.
- Show up to and participate in as many weekly group calls as possible.
This allows us to maintain a focused and engaged community that supports everyone’s progress.
3. Investment
You acknowledge and agrees that by enrolling in this program, you will be responsible for paying the total fees when due and as agreed upon. You also acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable.
4. What We Expect from You
Your commitment is essential! To make the most of this program, we ask that you:
- Stay motivated, organized, and coachable.
- Show up to scheduled meetings on time and ready to engage.
- Dedicate the time necessary to succeed and complete all assignments.
- Reach out and communicate with the team with any questions as often as needed.
- Fully participate in the community attending as many group coaching calls as possible.
Remember, your success depends on your consistent effort and allowance. We’re here to support you every step of the way. It will be completely up to you to do the work necessary for success and to communicate with the team, as often as needed, with any questions you may have regarding your journey.
5. Obligations
By registering you agree to comply with terms of this agreement.
This simply means:
- You (Client) must meet your obligations as outlined in this agreement.
- We (The Awakening Begins, LLC) must meet our obligations as outlined in this agreement.

6. Confidential Information
Throughout this program, you’ll receive unique insights and methods exclusive to The Awakening Begins, LLC, its network partners, collaborators, and contributors. You may also receive insights from or access to The Awakening Begins, LLC’s infrastructure, operational, or financial data.
This information will separate you from thousands of other businesses by giving you an inside view into the operations of our scalable conscious business model and infrastructure. You agree not to disclose any confidential information received throughout the duration of this program with any outside parties.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel within three business days of enrolling by notifying us in writing via email to [email protected]. After this period, all sales and payments made are final. A 5% cancellation fee will apply to any refunds made.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
The Awakening Begins, LLC and its team members are here to guide and support you, but please remember:
- Results: We do not guarantee specific results. Success depends on your unique journey and commitment.
- Recording: Access to session recordings is offered as a courtesy. However, we cannot guarantee recordings for every session. You agree that The Awakening Begins is not liable if a session fails to be recorded, is lost, corrupted, or incomplete because of human or technological errors.
- Independent Responsibility: You are responsible for any life or business decisions you make based on our guidance. We are not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from participation in this program.
9. Acknowledgment
You acknowledge and agree that all course content, tools, and materials provided to them during their enrollment in this program are the property of The Awakening Begins, LLC. You agree to use them for their personal development only and agrees to refrain from replicating, distributing, or reselling these materials without explicit license or written permission to do so.
You agree that The Awakening Begins, LLC reserves the right to use your name, image, likeness and comments for internal and external audiences to celebrate your future success in the program. This may include but is not limited to, social media posts, websites, emails, video productions, webinars and other recorded materials. We’re excited to celebrate your achievements!
You agree to receive updates, notifications, and important messages from us electronically. This helps us keep you informed and, in the loop, providing support and accountability for your success!
10. Terms of Service
These Terms of Service include our General Platform Terms, Conditions & Privacy Policy which can be found at https://theawakeningbegins.com/terms
By enrolling in the RCP Course or RCP Course with QSE & DKE Session Bundle, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and agree to these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency, this Agreement will take precedence.
11. Force Majeure
Life happens. The Awakening Begins, LLC is not liable for delays or changes due to unexpected events outside of our control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or other interruptions.
12. Dispute Resolution
If any disputes arise, both parties agree to try mediation first to resolve the issue peacefully before seeking other legal avenues.
13. Final Terms
By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and confirm that:
- All the information set forth in these terms & conditions is true, accurate and complete.
- You’ve read and understand these terms.
- You are over the age of eighteen (18) years old.
- You are of sound mind and are willingly entering into this agreement with The Awakening Begins, LLC
- All payments will be made as agreed and on time.
These terms represents the entire understanding between us and can only be modified in writing.
