Welcome to The Awakening Begins LLC’s online platforms and Consulting Services, which include services accessible through theawakeningbegins.com, etayowa.life, realitycreationprocess.com, quantumshiftexploration.com, and josiahmccampbell.com (collectively referred to as the “Service”).

The Awakening Begins LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Service, and your access to and use of it are conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by our Rules & Community Guidelines, our Consulting Terms of Service, these Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

Rules & Community Guidelines

This is a safe place to connect, learn and grow while developing strong relationships with other individuals around common interests and shared values. When we unify together we can do great things!

Many of the rules & community guidelines below had to be created and written here as a result of inappropriate behavior by a user. As the creators of this platform, it saddens us that we even have to have a post like this in a space dedicated to self-expansion, love, and the co-creation of a more beautiful world.

Please do not be the kind of person that causes us to add more rules to this list. It’s simply not nice, and we certainly do not enjoy it!
In order to ensure this is a safe space that cultivates growth, we have a zero tolerance policy for certain activities and content.

If you’d like to post something and you’re uncertain if it is allowed, it probably isn’t. But, you can always direct message a host to ask. However a good guideline would be: If you need to ask if it’s okay, it’s probably not okay.

The following are absolutely prohibited and will result in an immediate ban, without exceptions, warnings or second chances:
  • No spamming or spam posts.
  • No sending spam in direct messages to other members.
  • No solicitation or promotion of any kind for any reason.
  • No posts which promote or endorse any business that is not a listed member of the The Awakening Begins’ Collective Planetary Impact Network.
  • No posting anything that creates fear.
  • No bullying.
  • No trolling.
  • No harassment.
  • No impersonation.
  • No soliciting.
  • No posting explicit or sexual content.
  • No posting violent or criminal content.
  • No posting polarized ideas or content.
  • No posting fear based ideas or content.
  • No inciting violence or harmful action against any group of people.
  • No posting of anything that infringes on the rights of other users.
  • Do not solicit relationships or make sexual comments towards other members.
  • Do not offer relationship or sexual acts to anyone on this platform.
  • Do not tell other people that you are their twin flame and they must be with you.
  • Do not send threatening messages or comments to other members or the hosts.
  • Do not make demands of other members or hosts of this platform. Ask nicely.
  • Do not share access to private groups or resources that you have purchased.
  • Do not disrespect or waste the time, energy and resources of The Awakening Begins Collective Planetary Impact Network, the Etayowa.Life Community or any of our network partners by failing to show up to appointments that you schedule.
  • Do not use or infringe on the intellectual property or rights of the Etayowa.Life App, The Awakening Begins or any of our platform contributors.
We value honesty, transparency and integrity:

If you apply to connect or work with us, please provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about yourself, your circumstances, and your business with complete integrity.

  • Submitting false, misleading, or inaccurate information to increase your chances of connecting with us, participating in our programs, or gaining access to special resources, 1-1 calls, or scholarships is strictly prohibited.
  • Any such actions will result in an immediate ban from this community and permanent ineligibility to receive any resources from The Collective Planetary Impact Network.
Guidelines for a great experience in this community:
  • Only post and share original relevant content that builds authentic, deep and meaningful engagement with others. This isn’t a place to just post for the sake of posting, the intention is to cultivate real connections and meaningful conversations.
  • No wishing ill will on other people or groups of people no matter how bad or evil you think they are or how much you feel they deserve it. This is a community founded on creating peace and recognizing that love is the answer.
  • Be respectful of others and yourself.
  • Consider the consequences and implications of your actions and words.
  • Consider the impact of your words and actions on others and their journey.
  • Act and speak with love, peace, and harmony always and in all ways.
  • Support and encourage others where possible.
  • Respect others and their beliefs.
  • Create authentic connections with your tribe.
  • This is a space of neutrality, unity and safety.

Do not misuse or infringe on the intellectual property or rights of the Etayowa.Life App, The Awakening Begins or any of our platform contributors or the Collective Planetary Impact Network. Including but not limited to unauthorized use of the logo’s, brands or trademarks of the Etayowa.Life App, The Awakening Begins, the Reality Creation Process, Quantum Shift Exploration, Divine Nation Ascension, Healing Explored, Quantum Growth, Super Conscious Breathwork or any of our other platform contributors.

Violation of these terms may result in an immediate ban from the community. At the discretion of the The Awakening Begins, we may choose to send you a warning message instead, letting you know about the issue and remove the offensive post or content allowing you the chance to correct your behavior. Continued violation will result in an immediate and permanent ban in order to protect the integrity and safety of our users. Severe violations will always result in an immediate and permanent ban.

We reserve the right to remove any user that violates these rules & guidelines. Refunds of any memberships or purchases will not be provided in such cases.

The Awakening Begins, and the Etayowa.Life App reserves the right to remove any user from our platform for any reason. Please don’t give us more things to add to this rules list.

If you see something that is not appropriate, or receive any inappropriate direct messages from others users. Take a screenshot and let us know about it.

Please reporting any accounts that violate these rules or make you or someone else feel unsafe in any way, either online or offline. You can report posts and profiles using the menu next to each, and you can always message a moderator by sending a message to the Etayowa Team. We want to keep this space as safe as possible and we can only do that with your help.

Consulting Terms of Service

By purchasing, enrolling in or registering for any coaching, mentorship, consulting, program or any course or masterclasses by The Awakening Begins, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below as well as the program specific Consulting Terms of Service Agreements for the program you are enrolling in linked below.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

Terms & Conditions

1. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

The Awakening Begins only provides education, coaching, and mentorship.

We make zero guarantees, explicit or implied, regarding your income, results, success, or outcomes of any kind. By purchasing or participating in any product, program, membership, or service on our Service provided by The Awakening Begins you expressly acknowledge and agree that there are no promises, projections, warranties, or assurances related to financial results or personal success.

No representative, coach, contractor, affiliate, or participant of The Awakening Begins is authorized to make claims or guarantees regarding earnings or results. Any statements, examples, testimonials, or references to outcomes, whether our own or those of past or current clients are not typical, not guaranteed, and are provided for illustrative purposes only. Individual results vary widely and depend entirely on factors outside our control, including your experience, skill level, decisions, execution, consistency, and work ethic.

By purchasing any product, program, membership, or service on our Service You agree that You accept full responsibility for your results, actions, and outcomes.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Once purchased, no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or reversals will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of participation level, dissatisfaction, perceived value, personal circumstances, or failure to complete the program.

If you enroll in, purchase, or register for a program by The Awakening Begins and choose to leave, disengage, or stop participating before the full balance is paid, you remain legally and financially responsible for the entire amount owed. If you withdraw early, you agree to immediately pay the full retail value of all program components that have already occurred or been made available to you. Failure to remain current on payments will result in immediate suspension of access to all program materials, calls, communities, and support until your account is brought back into good standing and paid as agreed.

If you choose an installment payment plan, you understand and agree that:

  • An installment payment plan is not a subscription.
  • You are committing to the full purchase price split over the specified installment period.
  • You are responsible for all remaining payments, regardless of participation, completion, or early exit.
  • Missed or failed payments may result in collections, legal action, and/or additional fees to recover amounts owed.

By purchasing any product, program or service from The Awakening Begins, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full and that you are entering this agreement voluntarily, knowingly, and without reliance on any promises of results.

2. Purchases and Payment

By purchasing any product or service on our Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and personal information. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

Cancellations & Refunds

By purchasing any product, program, membership, or service on our Service, whether purchased with a one time payment, installment payments, subscription, or financing, you agree that all purchases, installment payments, subscription payments, or financing payments made, are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the terms of service agreement for the specific product or service.

If you withdraw early from any program or service before the full completion of that program or service, you agree to immediately pay the full retail value of all program or service components that have already occurred or made available to you.

Subscription Membership Plans:

By purchasing a subscription or membership plan you agree:

  • All subscription payments and renewals are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the terms of service agreement for the specific subscription, membership or service.
  • Cancellation of a subscription to a product, membership or service on our Service is effective at the end of the current billing cycle and no refunds, full or pro-rated will be granted upon cancellation.

Installment Payment Plans:

By purchasing a service through an installment payment plan you agree:

  • Installment Payment Plans are a legally binding agreement to pay the full purchase price as agreed split into payments over the specified schedule of the installment payment period.
    • You understand that installment payment plans are NOT subscriptions and are non-cancellable.
    • You are responsible for all payments, regardless of participation, completion, or early exit.
  • Missed or failed payments may result in collections, legal action, and/or additional fees to recover amounts owed.
    • Failure to remain current on payments will result in immediate suspension of access to all program materials, calls, communities, and support unless your account is brought back into good standing and paid as agreed.
    • The Awakening Begins is not obligated to offer an extension or to allow you to make missed payments to re-instate your account. However, at our sole digression we may offer you an opportunity to re-instate your account by making the missed payments or agreeing to an adjusted payment installment plan for your remaining balance.
    • If you fail to remain current on payments The Awakening Begins reserves the rights to:
      • Offer an extension to make missed payments to re-instate your account.
      • Offer an adjusted installment payment plan to re-instate your account.
      • Offer an opportunity to make the missed payments to re-instate your account.
      • Charge you a missed payment fee up to 20% of the total installment plan amount.
      • Charge you a late payment fee up to 20% per week on the past due amounts.
      • Take your account to collections or pursue legal action to recover amounts owed.
      • Void any installment payment plan and permanently terminate your account.
      • End all services and refuse payments to re-instate your account.
Payment Authorization

In the event of failure to pay a subscription payment, installment payment plan or financing payment on time as agreed in your subscription, installment, payment or financing invoice or agreement you agree and authorize The Awakening Begins LLC to charge any payment method you have provided to collect the amount due, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards or account numbers on file. You further agree that if the amount due is not paid within 5 days you agree The Awakening Begins LLC may choose to pursue any available avenue to collect the full purchase amount, or choose to terminate your access to the product or service on our Service without notice.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

The Awakening Begins reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason without notice, including but not limited to product or service unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, violation of these terms, violation of or community guidelines, or other conditions. Refunds for cancelled orders, purchases, or subscriptions will be issued where applicable in accordance with these terms and conditions or at the digression of The Awakening Begins.

The Awakening Begins reserves the right to refuse or cancel any payment for an installment payment plan that has been terminated.

3. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information on our Service is current or free from errors. We reserve the right to update information, correct inaccuracies, or withdraw offers without prior notice.

4. Privacy Policy & Data Collection

Our Privacy Policy outlines our practices for collecting, using, and disclosing your personal information, which may include data such as name, email, phone number, and payment details.

Types of Data Collected
  • Personal Data: Data provided by users, including names, email addresses, and billing information.
  • Usage Data: Data collected automatically, including IP addresses, browser types, and other technical identifiers.
  • Third-Party Tracking: We may use Google Analytics, Facebook, TikTok, tracking pixels, and other similar tools to improve user experience and marketing efforts. By using the Service, you consent to data collection through these third-party tools.
International Users

By accessing the Service from outside the United States, you consent to data transfer and processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy, regardless of your geographic location.

Data Rights

5. CRM & Data Storage

Our CRM, supported by GoHighLevel, securely stores personal data of users who engage with our Service. This includes those who access free or paid offers. We only share information with authorized personnel, in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Optional Consent for SMS Communication

The Awakening Begins may send you SMS text messages if you provide your phone number and check a box indicating that you are requesting or consenting to receive SMS text messages. This section outlines how and when we will contact you by SMS text message if you have opt-ed in to receive text messages.

  1. With your consent, we may send you SMS text messages related to your requested services including event/appointment reminders, confirmations, application or account updates, other follow up communication, other requested services. Additionally, if you choose and opt-in we may send you SMS text messages to keep you updated on future opportunities with occasional marketing text messages, including special announcements, invitations, offers, updates or opportunities.
  2. You can opt-out of the SMS service at any time by simply replying or texting us with the word “STOP” Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to us at info@theawakeningbegins.com
  4. The Awakening Begins LLC and any phone service providers or carriers used to send and deliver messages from us to you, or from you to us are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless phone provider.

7. Member Liability and Community Protection

By using the Service, you agree to use it responsibly. The Awakening Begins LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from use of the Service, interactions between members of platforms provided by the Service such as the Etayowa.Life community or participants in the Collective Planetary Impact Network, even if we endorse or feature their work on the Service.

All users agree to hold harmless The Awakening Begins LLC, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims or damages arising from use of the Service or from user interactions within the Service and the community provided by the Service.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

Our Service may contain content from or links to third-party websites. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the practices, content, or policies of any third-party websites or services.

Third-Party Content Disclaimer

The Awakening Begins LLC does not endorse or assume responsibility for any content or information provided by third-party contributors, including blog posts, articles, or materials shared within the Service.

You agree to hold The Awakening Begins LLC harmless from any negative impact resulting from third-party content, including but not limited to financial loss, personal injury, or data privacy issues.

9. Intellectual Property

The content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of The Awakening Begins LLC. You may not use our trademarks, trade names, or service marks in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

License to Use Service Content

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited, except with our written permission.

The Awakening Begins LLC complies with all applicable U.S. laws. However, we make no representations about compliance with laws in other jurisdictions. International users are responsible for understanding and adhering to local regulations.

14. Data Protection and User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

No mobile, cell phone, or other information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Consent to Recording, Transcription, and Media Usage

Default Recording Policy & Notifications: All calls and sessions are recorded and transcribed by default. Upon joining the meeting, you will receive an automated audio and/or visual notification from our video conferencing platform (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) indicating that the recording has commenced.

Your Right to Opt-Out: If you prefer not to have your session recorded or transcribed, you have the right to opt out. You must explicitly state your request to not be recorded at the beginning of each individual call. Upon hearing your request, our representative will immediately stop the recording for the remainder of that session.

If you do not opt out at the beginning of the call, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and you expressly consent to the following terms regarding the recorded and transcribed material:

  • Exclusive Ownership: You acknowledge and agree that The Awakening Begins LLC retains exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide ownership of all call and session recordings and transcripts. You hereby irrevocably waive and release any and all claims to copyright, ownership, royalties, or rights of publicity regarding these materials.
  • Unrestricted Usage Rights: You grant The Awakening Begins LLC the unrestricted right and permission to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, and publish the recordings and transcripts (which may include your voice, image, and likeness) in whole or in clips/parts. This includes, but is not limited to, use for internal training, quality review, marketing and promotional materials, blogs, websites, and social media content.
  • Protection of Sensitive Information (PII): Prior to any public publishing or distribution of these materials, The Awakening Begins LLC will make reasonable efforts to redact, bleep, blur, or edit out any highly sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) shared during the call to protect your privacy.
  • Future Mediums: This permission applies to any publishing platform, format, or medium; whether digital, physical, literary, or otherwise; that is currently known or hereafter devised.
  • Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): You expressly consent to the processing, analysis, and utilization of your call/session recordings and transcripts by and with Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, tools, and models for any of the business purposes outlined above.

10. Security of Your Personal Data

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Personal Data, however no transmission method or storage mechanism is 100% secure. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Awakening Begins LLC, its affiliates, employees, officers, and directors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising in the event of any security breach that exposes your personal data.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not intended for and does not address anyone under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected Personal Data from a child or minor under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we will remove it.

Our Service may contain links to external websites, and We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
