- Choose Your Sign: Don’t wait for a sign to appear; decide what it will be. It could be a feather, a specific animal, a color, or a number sequence. Whatever you choose, make it feel special to you. For this example, let’s say you choose a white butterfly.
- Give Your Brain a Command: Now, we’re going to give your brain a clear instruction. Say this out loud with intention, “Universe, my brain is primed to see white butterflies as a direct confirmation that I am on the right path.”
- Generate the Energetic Charge: This is a key step. Close your eyes and feel the excitement and validation you would experience when you finally see your sign. Truly generate the feeling of confirmation and joy. This feeling is the energetic charge that magnetizes the experience to you.
- Let Go and Pay Attention: Now, just let it go. Release the attachment to when or how it will appear, and simply pay attention to your surroundings as you go about your day.
Your New Conscious Agreement with Reality
What you’ve just done is create a conscious agreement between your perception and the quantum field. By the way, you can never truly be on the “wrong” path, because you are constantly designing your reality, whether you are aware of it or not. However, this practice makes the process conscious and playful.
Don’t be surprised when your world suddenly fills with white butterflies or whatever sign you’ve chosen. Playing with synchronicity is one of the most fun ways to practice creating your reality. You can literally entrain your brain to create anything.
