The Hidden Meaning of “Persona”
The word “person” comes from the Latin word persona, which means the mask an actor wore. But here’s the cool part, persona is made of two words, per and sona. Per means “through” or “of,” and sona comes from the Latin word, sonare, meaning “to sound.”
Therefore, the original meaning wasn’t the actor, it was the device through which the sound came. This reveals an incredible truth. Your foundational identity is not your physical form, the mask, but the unique sound you are broadcasting through it.
From Sound to Light: The Blueprint of Creation
This isn’t just a linguistic curiosity, it’s a blueprint for creation itself, encoded in sacred geometry. Think of the Vesica Pisces, the symbol of two overlapping circles. This geometry demonstrates the first movement of the universe, the movement of consciousness choosing to observe itself. That first movement was not a thought. It was a vibration. It was a primordial frequency, a cosmic sound. It is the vibrational frequency of sound that generates the field from which form, perception, and what we term light can emerge.
It even says this in the Bible. “God said, let there be light.” If you break that down, he “said,” which is sound, “let there be light.” So light is literally the frequency that is generated through sound.
This is why the Aramaic word, Abracadabra, also means “I speak as I create.” Sound precedes light, frequency precedes form. Before you wear a body, you wear a note.
Why Your Essence Is a Sacred Sound

Become Your Own Frequency Alchemist

- Name the Feeling: Is it anxiety? Is it sadness? Is it frustration? Get clear on your current state.
- Identify the Antidote: What is the opposite feeling you want to cultivate? Is it calmness, joy, or motivation?
- Become a Frequency DJ: Go and try this. You can use my music library and ask your intuition, “Show me a song that holds the frequency of my antidote feeling.” Don’t overthink it. Trust the first song that jumps out.
- Take Your Prescription: Put on your headphones, close your eyes, and for the entire length of the song, your only job is to let your body marinate in that frequency. Breathe it in and let your cells attune to it.
