A Simple Practice to Reset Your Nervous System
Let’s begin with a light reset for your nervous system. This is a simple but powerful exercise to reconnect with yourself. If you feel comfortable, go ahead and close your eyes. Begin to slowly inhale, feeling your feet connecting with the earth beneath you. Then, slowly exhale.
As you continue this gentle rhythm of breath, bring your awareness to your jaw and consciously soften it. On your next inhalation, allow your stomach to rise, filling with air. As you exhale, feel the back of your heart space open up. In this moment, you might notice a quiet space behind all the noise. That space is the real you.
Transforming Survival Patterns into Strength
Imagine your old survival patterns as a suit of armor. For a long time, this armor has felt rigid and protective, shielding you from perceived threats. It served a purpose, but now it’s time for a transformation. Picture a golden, liquid light beginning to pour over this armor. Feel it melting, softening, and then reinforcing the metal not into a cage, but into true strength.
This process transforms rigidity into resilience. It allows you to operate from a place of true choice, guided by light and remembrance of who you truly are. Your body is learning that it doesn’t need to be in a constant state of defense anymore. It is remembering its natural state. It is remembering how to become light, attuned to the golden frequency of your soul.
Understanding Why Your Nervous System Holds Your Freedom
Those old survival patterns, the very ones that created the armor, actually hold the keys to your deepest desires. They are not obstacles to be destroyed. Instead, they just need to be seen, understood, and empowered by your own strength and love. When you approach them with compassion, you unlock the wisdom they contain. All you need to do is choose to see them differently.
