That scream is the pain you feel. It is a desperate plea. It’s a final, undeniable message that something deep within you needs your conscious attention and care. It’s not a failure of your system but the last resort of a system trying desperately to be heard.

  3. Gently ask your body, “What’s your quietest message for me right now? What are you subtly communicating to me?”
  4. Simply notice any sensations, feelings, or if your awareness is directed to a specific area in your body. Don’t judge it, just observe.

Learning to hear the whisper means pain or even accident becomes obsolete. It means reclaiming your body’s wisdom.
