Your Triggers Are Your Greatest Ally

Many of us have been taught to be ashamed of our triggers, but what if they’re actually a ‘check engine light’ for our consciousness? If you’re still getting triggered after all the healing work you’ve done, it’s not a sign of failure. In fact, understanding this perspective is crucial because your triggers are your greatest ally for growth. This message has found you because your higher consciousness knows you are ready to hear it.

The Misconception of Getting Triggered

Most people in the personal development world think that getting triggered is a failure. They believe it’s a sign they’re not healed enough, not high-vibe enough, or that they’re just broken. The moment a trigger arises, the immediate reaction is often self-attack and shame. You might think, “I can’t believe I’m still reacting to this.”

This leads you to try and “heal” the trigger. You attempt to release it, clear it, or even cut it out of you because you’ve been taught to be ashamed of it. But that approach is like being ashamed of your car’s check engine light coming on. It completely misses the point.

The spiritual development world has conditioned you with a program of, if I’m triggered, I’ve failed. And that’s a real trap.

If you’re new here, my name is Aarun, and this is lesson 26 in our deep-dive series into the reality creation process I channeled from the Pleiadians. Make sure you’re following to catch the whole series.

Why Your Triggers Are Your Greatest Ally

A trigger is not a failure; a trigger is a notification. That’s it. Think of it as the check engine light on the dashboard of your consciousness. Its only job is to alert you to something that needs your attention. You’re not supposed to be ashamed of the light. You’re supposed to read the error code and understand what it is communicating.

The trigger is your old, outdated programming… received as a kid or from past experiences… literally raising its hand and saying, “Hey, right here! There’s this old buggy program that’s still running. What would you like to choose instead?” You’ve been trying to smash that check engine light with a hammer, but the trigger itself is not the problem. It is merely a pointer to the problem.

It is your system’s greatest ally for growth, not your enemy. It is a gift. When you try to heal it or fix it, you’re telling that part of yourself that it’s broken. When you try to release it, you’re telling it that it’s not worthy. Doesn’t that sound exactly like the original negative experience that created the buggy program in the first place? Something telling you that you weren’t worthy?

How to Reframe Your Response

Stop being afraid of your triggers. More importantly, don’t tell the part of yourself that is flashing the warning light that it’s not good enough. You are allowed to receive this alert as information, not drama. When a trigger comes up, your response shouldn’t be, “Oh, no, I’ve got more healing to do.” Instead, your new response can be, “Oh, good insight. Thank you for showing me exactly where I get to make a new choice.”

Then, you can consciously begin to write a new program. Here’s how:

  1. Ask yourself, “What do I choose to create here? What would I like to feel here?”
  2. Focus on that new feeling and the new choice.
  3. Fully embody it.
  4. Thank the trigger alert for giving you this powerful opportunity to upgrade yourself.

To make this new, empowered relationship really stick, anchor it into your subconscious programming by declaring this affirmation, either aloud or in your mind.

My triggers are my power.

Your Diagnostic Tool and Instruction Manual

But what do you do when that little warning light comes on? You need a diagnostic tool and an instruction manual to create your new code. That check engine light is pointing to a specific chakra. I like to use the 13 chakra system as a map for these shifts, and the Superconscious Command that I teach is an instruction manual to write new programs and activate your source code.

This is exactly what I’ll be unpacking in an upcoming live training. If you are ready to master your energy and understand this process on a deeper level, I invite you to join me. You can get all the details for the Ignite Your 13 Chakra Blueprint event right here. It’s time to stop fearing your triggers and instead see them as alerts that serve you.
