Your Inner Child Needs Trust, Not Fixing

Has anyone else felt that trying to ‘heal’ your inner child actually creates more resistance and distrust? This feeling often comes from a deep truth, because your inner child needs trust, not fixing. If you’ve been doing the inner shadow work and trying to reprogram your subconscious, you might have noticed that this approach can backfire, preventing you from living a life that you truly love.

The Problem with “Fixing” Your Inner Child

First, I want to congratulate you for having the self-awareness that something needs to change. Many conscious entrepreneurs, healers, and coaches dive into inner child healing to release parts of themselves that no longer serve them. However, your inner child has watched while you’ve tried to “fix” your subconscious and get rid of these parts. So when you come to start inner child healing, it naturally starts to wonder, are you going to try to get rid of it too?

The very idea of healing also implies that something is broken and it sends a message to your inner child saying that something is wrong with it that something is broken.

In truth, your inner child is the part of you that is most closely associated with the perfect, original you. It is the you that is perfect and whole, the you that existed before this world told you who you had to be or that there was something wrong with you.

Why Your Inner Child Needs Trust, Not Fixing

In reality, your inner child needs you to create a space that allows it to be free. It needs you to expand your heart and yourself as a container to embody its power, joy, and light. You don’t need to heal your inner child. You need to expand yourself and simply allow it in. But if your inner child doesn’t trust you, none of this is going to work. You’ll keep repeating the same pattern where you go two steps forward and then three steps back, needing more healing work as things get out of whack again and again.

The key here is to communicate with your inner child rather than trying to fix or heal it. We all know that communication and trust are the foundation of good relationships. Now, it’s time to build that healthy relationship between you and your inner child.

Building a Bridge Through Communication

When you open a doorway of communication within yourself, you build a bridge for your inner child and for yourself to come back together. This allows you to team up on building a life that you love. And when you and your inner child team up, that’s real power. It’s time to rebuild that trust by setting your inner child free of all these ideas that there’s something wrong that needs to be fixed.

For me, I found that working with the 13 chakra system was the perfect way to communicate between every aspect of my consciousness, including my inner child. The standard seven chakra system can become distorted with all the programs from our life experiences. It has to engage with and match the frequency of even the negative experiences we go through to protect our inner child and source consciousness from distortion programming.

To reset the seven chakra system, you can work with the 13 chakras to bring back the blueprint of who you were before this world told you who to be. This will reestablish your entire chakra system as a powerful communication network.

Unify Your Consciousness for True Freedom

If you feel ready for this level of integration and want to learn how to use this advanced energetic system, I invite you to join the training I’m doing for Cycle Breakers. You can find more information and check the schedule for the next event here.

It’s time to end the conflict between you and your inner child. Stop trying to fix, heal, or get rid of any part of yourself. Instead, unify your consciousness into the whole and perfect miracle that you are, and then create a life that you love. When every part of your consciousness teams up towards that goal, that is when freedom truly arrives.
