Your Future Self is Your Best Guide

I’ve found that my Future Self is my best guide, and it has been a total game-changer for collapsing timelines. For too long, I was stuck waiting for a feeling of motivation that rarely came. The truth is, I stopped relying on motivation and started asking my ‘Future Self’ for advice instead. This simple shift in perspective has changed everything for me, and I want to share how it works. Has anyone else tried this?

The Unreliable Nature of Motivation

Let’s be honest, 90% of the time, I don’t want to do anything. Do you think I wanted to wake up to my alarm today? Absolutely not. My bed was incredibly cozy and warm, and every part of me wanted to stay right there. Most days, if I consulted my immediate feelings, I would choose to do nothing. But I got up anyway, and I’m making this video because I have a different source of guidance.

The key is that I don’t rely on my feelings of motivation to take action. Motivation is just a feeling, and as we all know, feelings come and go. They are unpredictable and inconsistent. If you build your life’s ambitions on the shifting sands of daily motivation, you will find it difficult to make consistent progress toward your goals. You need a more stable foundation.

I don’t rely on my feelings of motivation because that is just a feeling, feelings come and go.

Consulting a Better Advisor: Why Your Future Self is Your Best Guide

So, if not motivation, what do I rely on? I rely on what I choose to be on this day, in this life. Instead of asking myself, “What do I feel like doing right now?” I ask a much more powerful question. The answer to the first question is usually, “Nothing.” If I just follow my own advice, my own momentary desires, I’ll just create more of the same reality I’m already in. To create something new, you need new advice.

This is where the magic happens. I ask my future self, the version of me who has already achieved everything I desire, a simple question. I ask her, “What did I do to get and be what I want to be?” I consult her because she already got there. She has the roadmap. Would she get up and do the things she’s excited about, or would she stay in bed and procrastinate? I know my present self would stay in bed, so I do it for her, my future self.

I ask my future self, what did I do to get and be what I want to be? I ask her because she got there.

How to Quantum Jump and Collapse Timelines

This practice is more than just a mindset trick; it’s a way to consciously create your desired reality. When I listen to my future self, who is already experiencing the excitement of the things I am creating, I am aligning my energy with that reality. In that moment, the desired reality isn’t a distant dream, it is right here. This alignment is a foundational principle for anyone interested in spiritual expansion and personal growth. You can always check the schedule for our next event to explore these concepts more deeply.

This is precisely how I quantum jump every single day and collapse timelines. By taking action based on the advice of my accomplished future self, I am literally pulling that future into my present. I am embodying the person I am becoming, right now. It is a powerful method to bypass procrastination and the whims of fleeting emotions, connecting you directly to your highest potential.

I encourage you to go try it for yourself. The next time you feel unmotivated, pause and ask your future self for guidance. You might be surprised by the clarity and drive you receive. It is a simple technique, and it simply works.
