Your experience is not happening to you; it is flowing through you, shaped by the lens you decide to use.
The only reality you will ever experience is the one that fits within your perceptions, and you have complete power over that in every single moment.

So, take a moment to reflect. Are you choosing a gracious and loving perspective of yourself and of the world? This choice is the mechanism through which you create your experience. You are the one who chooses, and you are choosing the exact experience you create through the perceptions you hold. This grants you the ultimate freedom to redefine your life continuously.
To begin exercising this power, ask yourself a few simple but profound questions. By exploring these areas, you can consciously begin to shift your reality into one of greater expansion and love.
