Why Your Self-Sabotage Pattern Doesn’t Trust You

Have we been approaching self-sabotage all wrong? What if the reason why your self-sabotage pattern doesn’t trust you is because it’s not a flaw, but a powerful protective mechanism? This pattern keeps sabotaging your growth, success, income, and business, creating that frustrating cycle of moving two steps forward and three steps back. My name’s Aarun, and I work with conscious entrepreneurs, healers, and coaches to help them break this cycle and create true freedom with a life they love.

The Endless Cycle of “Fixing” Yourself

You keep trying to fix your self-sabotage pattern. You tirelessly work on it, thinking, “If I just heal this one more thing or release this one more part that no longer serves me, I’ll finally be free.” You believe that by clearing out one more blockage, you can finally get rid of this self-sabotage program for good.

But what if this approach is the very thing keeping you stuck? Let’s explore a different perspective.

The Protective Origin of Self-Sabotage

Your self-sabotage program is a part of you that was designed to protect you from a world that told you something negative. Imagine you experienced something that implied you’re not worthy of the success you’re building. It could have been an offhand rude comment or even deep childhood trauma; the specific event doesn’t matter as much as the impression it left.

Your consciousness was met by this impression of unworthiness. To interact with it, your consciousness had to adapt. Think of it like interacting with a physical object. To pick up this coffee mug, my hand must match its shape. In the same way, your consciousness created a part of itself to interact with that negative programming.

To handle an experience that says you’re not worthy, your consciousness creates a part of you that believes it’s not worthy. This allows it to be on the same frequency as the unworthiness experience and manage it for you. This heroic act protects the core of your consciousness, the part that still knows your ultimate worth, from completely collapsing into that distortion.

The part of yourself that believes you’re not worthy is a heroic, extremely strong part of your consciousness, and yet you keep trying to get rid of it.

This is Why Your Self-Sabotage Pattern Doesn’t Trust You

We view this protective part as a “self-sabotage program” and decide, “This is the problem. Let me get rid of it.” But the problem was never this part of you; it was the original experience that told you that you weren’t worthy or good enough. The part of your consciousness that has been dealing with that trauma is not the issue.

When we approach this part of our consciousness and say, “This is a blockage that no longer serves me,” we are compounding the very same trauma onto it. We are implying that it is not worthy. The thing is, this part is an expert at handling situations that tell it it’s not worthy, even when you are the one telling it that.

If you become the perpetrator by trying to heal, fix, or get rid of it, it will simply resist you. It knows how to fight back, and it’s incredibly good at it. Inevitably, it ends up sabotaging your progress forward. This isn’t because it wants to hold you back. It’s because it’s waiting for the day that you will rebuild communication with it.

Rebuilding the Bridge of Trust to Reclaim Your Power

After you’ve perpetually tried to get rid of it, this part of you simply doesn’t trust you anymore, and it has no way to communicate. The solution is to rebuild the capacity within your consciousness to communicate with every aspect of yourself. You must rebuild a bridge of trust between you and the part you think is your self-sabotage program.

When you re-establish that trust and communication, that protective part of yourself can finally team up with you to create the life you love. This is where your power has been waiting. It holds the keys. By teaming up with it, you can create the life you truly desire. That part of you is extremely worthy; it has been handling unworthiness programs for so long. It deserves to come with you, not be discarded.

Using the 13 Chakra System for Deeper Communication

I want this shift to really stick for you. It’s time to embrace true communication with every part of yourself. I’ve found that the 13 chakra system is an excellent way to do this because it retains your original blueprint, the version of you that existed before the world told you who to be. It holds the code from before you ever needed that protective part to deal with programs of unworthiness.

By using the 13 chakra system, we can access that original source code and reset your entire system. As we do this, the chakras begin to function as communication centers, allowing you to finally understand the part of yourself that has seemed to hold you back. You can learn more about how to do this in the Ignite Your 13 Chakra Blueprint event, where you can check the schedule for the next available class.

If you’ve read this far, you’re ready for this level of deep, integrative work. I invite you to the training I’m doing for cycle breakers. Let’s end the conflict within and instead build a bridge to a life that you love. You can find out more and check the schedule for the next Break Free From Self Sabotage training. I’ll see you there.
