The Two Most Powerful Words

Your higher consciousness has guided you here to receive one very important message. The two most powerful words in the universe are, I am or I choose. Now, most people in the spiritual space might roll their eyes, having been taught that “I am” is just the start of a cheesy affirmation. I thought ‘I Am’ affirmations were nonsense until I realized they’re not affirmations, they’re executive commands for my subconscious. Has anyone else experienced this shift?

Why Traditional Affirmations Create More Conflict

Many of us have been told to stand in front of a mirror and say, “I am abundant” a dozen times. However, our entire body, our bank account, and our past experiences are often screaming, “No, you’re not!” This practice, instead of helping, just creates more internal conflict. It can make you feel like a liar trying to convince yourself of something that doesn’t feel true.

Of course, this method doesn’t work because you’re operating on an old, outdated belief. This belief says you have to earn the right to feel abundant or whatever else you’re affirming. You end up waiting for permission from the outside world to finally let you feel what you’re choosing. This is a reactive state, not a creative one.

You’re trying to convince yourself of something that doesn’t feel true. You’re operating on the old, outdated experience that you have to earn the right to feel abundant.

Understanding The Two Most Powerful Words as Executive Commands

Here’s the reframe that changes everything. “I am” is not just the start of an affirmation. It’s a declaration of embodiment. It is an executive decision, a choice to be. This declaration is the first and most critical step in shifting your consciousness out of reaction and into the creation process. If you’re new here, my name’s Aarun, and this is lesson 20 in our series on the architecture of reality, so be sure to check out the full playlist on my channel to get the full transmission.

Think about it. If you’re constantly stuck putting out fires in your life or business, just reacting to whatever the day throws at you, you’re not living with embodied presence. You are not recognizing your own true nature. In contrast, someone who is an architect of their life, an “embodied CEO,” wakes up and starts the day by declaring and embodying their mission, whether mentally or simply with their energy.

Commanding Your Subconscious Operating System

When you declare something like, “I am free,” you are not asking reality to make you free. You are not hoping to one day feel free. Instead, you are issuing a command to your subconscious, your internal operating system. You are telling it to access the frequency of freedom.

You are retrieving the version of yourself that is already free from the infinite field. You are pulling that reality, that specific arrangement of energy, into your present moment. Your “I Am” presence is the first cause. It is the identity that comes before perception, before the experience, and before your reality materializes. You’re not stating what is; you’re decreeing what will be.

The Bridge Technique: When ‘I Am’ Feels Like a Lie

What if you say “I am free” but you don’t feel like it’s true right now? If you feel a pushback or resistance against an “I Am” statement, there is another step. You can shift it into a choice. Simply say something like, “I choose to feel free.

This subtle shift can give your subconscious enough space to integrate this new frequency as a choice. It provides just enough permission within yourself to access the feeling of being free, even if your current circumstances don’t reflect it. This moves you in the direction of becoming free and fully embodying that frequency. You can switch any “I am” statement that you feel inner resistance to into a choice. A choice helps create a bridge in your subconscious.

Issue Your New Executive Order

Your subconscious is listening right now. It is waiting for its new executive order. To really anchor this in, declare a new mission for your subconscious by writing “I am the creator” or “I choose to be the creator” in the comments below.

Are you ready to stop asking and start declaring? If you’ve followed this far, you’re also ready to learn how to use super conscious commands to make these shifts stick at the deepest level. You are ready to become the conscious commander of your inner systems, bypassing old programs in your subconscious. To dive deeper into breaking these old patterns, I invite you to join the live training I’m hosting this week, where you can learn to bypass these blocks for good. Embody the shift, and I’ll see you there.
