It’s time to de-hypnotize you from believing that you’re not enough and help you remember that you were never lacking to begin with. De-Hypnotizing from the ‘Not Enough’ Program

Why did I say de-hypnotize? Because from the moment we were children, we were subtly programmed. We were conditioned to improve ourselves, to fix ourselves, to earn love, and to prove our worth. Consequently, we built our entire personalities around those suggestions. But what if the feeling of being ‘not enough’ was never truly yours?

De-hypnotization is not adding affirmations on top of insecurity. It’s snapping you out of the trance. That insecurity was never true.

This process is about returning to the part of you that knew its completeness before comparison was ever introduced. It is about waking up from the trance that you were ever broken.

A Guided Exercise for The Quantum Shift from ‘Not Enough’ to ‘Always Whole’

To begin, find a relaxed space where you can take a few breaths. If you can’t do this now, feel free to save this for later. Let’s start. Take a deep breath in, a deep breath out, and go ahead and close your eyes if you haven’t already.

  1. Notice the Feeling: Think of one area where you feel ‘not enough’. Don’t analyze it; just notice it.
  2. Question Its Origin: Ask yourself, “Who told me that?” Let this question open up space. Notice that the voice of ‘not enough’ has a specific tone. Perhaps it sounds like a parent, a teacher, society, or an old version of yourself.
  3. Turn Down the Volume: Imagine that voice as a radio playing in the background. Now, see yourself reaching forward and slowly turning the volume down.
  4. Shift Dimensions: Instead of fighting the belief, we will simply shift dimensions. Visualize a version of yourself in front of you who never believed they were not enough. See how they stand, how they breathe, how they move. This version of you doesn’t try harder; they simply exist as whole.
  5. Step Into Wholeness: Now, see that version as a radiant field of light. Go ahead and step into it. Let the light wrap around your nervous system. Feel how natural it is, how calm, how certain.
  6. Integrate with Gratitude: Look back at the old, ‘not enough’ version. Instead of rejecting it, send it gratitude. It created contrast so that you could consciously choose your truth. Watch that old identity dissolve and integrate into this brighter field. No war, no resistance, just integration.

Living in Your Natural Wholeness

With every breath out, feel the stability. And with every breath in, say intentionally, “I was always whole. I return to what I am. I choose my original design.” Feel that subtle shift in your body. This isn’t ego or confidence; this is your natural wholeness. Most people spend their lives trying to become worthy, and you just remembered you already are. Go ahead and take two deep breaths in now and allow the shift to settle fully.

From now on, you will notice things differently. That reminder will now exist in your awareness at all times. You are worthy. Now you can go ahead and open your eyes fully.

Making the Shift Tangible in Your Life

These are only a fraction of the tools I use to create a life of complete freedom. You don’t need more hypnosis or healing for your health, business, relationships, or anything you can imagine. I used to have two chronic conditions, and I simply became healthy using this technique because I chose not to believe the hypnosis. That was simply a thought I accepted as true, and it never was. So, I redirected my energy back to my truth, which was choosing to be healthy.
