the difference between feeling it and being it

If you’re exploring the difference between feeling it and being it, you might have realized that simply ‘feeling high vibe’ was keeping you stuck. If you keep saying that you’re embodying something, but your life isn’t changing, this is probably the reason. Many people mistakenly believe embodiment is just a feeling, but true embodiment is what you do under pressure.

The Illusion of “Feeling” Embodiment

Most people think embodiment is about maintaining a certain feeling. They focus on feeling confident, feeling aligned, or feeling like that next version of themselves. Consequently, they try to constantly hold onto that state, to stay “high vibe” and remain in it. However, this isn’t true embodiment at all.

That feeling is merely a state you are visiting. The moment something real happens, like a trigger, a difficult decision, or a moment of pressure, you drop right out of it. This happens because the feeling was never truly integrated into your being. It was a temporary state, not a permanent shift.

What Holds Under Pressure? Defining Your Actual State

Real embodiment is much simpler and more profound than a fleeting feeling. Itโ€™s what you do when youโ€™re not consciously thinking about it. It reveals itself in how you respond when something doesn’t go your way. Furthermore, it’s reflected in the decisions you make when there’s no one around to validate you or cheer you on.

That’s your actual state, not what you can feel in a quiet moment, but what holds under pressure.

This is precisely why most people stay stuck. They expend all their energy trying to feel like the next version of themselves instead of doing the work to become someone who can consistently act from that place, regardless of the circumstances.

The Difference Between Feeling It and Being It: Proving It Through Action

Embodiment isn’t something you can just turn on and off like a switch. Instead, it’s something that is proven through consistent action, through repetition, and through choosing differently, even and especially when itโ€™s uncomfortable. It’s about making new choices over and over again.

Eventually, through this dedicated practice, it stops being something you are trying to do. It simply becomes who you are. This is the core transformation. When you can clearly see the gap between what you feel in a calm moment and how you actually move through the world under stress, that’s where the real shift begins.

We also go deep into this in our live events, exploring how you can map this integration through the 13 chakras and ground it into your daily reality. If you’d like to learn more and grab your spot for our next event, you can check the schedule on the registration page.
