If a client isn’t 100% in alignment with you, if they’re not 100% in integrity with you, you absolutely need to say no. You must never sign on a client just because you need the money. This is one of the biggest traps that entrepreneurs fall into, and it completely wrecks the energetics of your business.

The Dangers of Energetic Misalignment
Your impact and your level of success depend directly on your vibrational integrity. If you are taking clients simply because you need the money rather than out of absolute resonance, then you are operating from a dysregulated nervous system. Consequently, you are dysregulating the flow of energetics in your business.
Signing a potential client that is out of resonance with you is not worth the disruption to the energetic flow in the container of your business or your own nervous system.
Examples of Operating Out of Resonance
Here are a couple of clear examples of what this misalignment can look like in practice.
- Lowering Your Prices: If you’re lowering your price below your normal amount just to close a deal, you’re out of resonance with your own value. This sends a signal of lack, not abundance.
- Accepting Indecisive Clients: If you take on clients that are on the fence or indecisive, you are sitting in a “waiting energy” and allowing more of that into your field. This is detrimental because your business depends on decisive action. Your client’s success also depends on decisive action.
Allowing any other energy to come into the playing field with you dishonors your clients, dishonors your business, and ultimately dishonors the integrity of your work.
How to Maintain Your Vibrational Integrity
The solution is to make extremely clear choices about the type of energy you choose to work with, and then stick to that. If you’re speaking with a potential client and they do not fit the exact energy you choose to work with, say no. You can politely decline the opportunity to work with them. Even if there’s a lot of money on the table, it’s okay.
There will always be other opportunities. You must ground yourself, anchor yourself, and set those clear boundaries. Stick to them and learn to say no. It is truly the most powerful move you can implement in your business.
Why Your ‘No’ is a Powerful ‘Yes’ to Yourself
When you say no to opportunities that are not 100% in integrity with your own value, you are saying yes to yourself. Conversely, every time you say yes to an opportunity that is not 100% in integrity with your value, you are saying no to yourself. The universe simply responds and gives you more of what you put your energy into.
So, make sure your energy is going into exactly what you choose. Say no to everything else, because that no is a resounding yes to yourself and your higher purpose.
