There are moments in life that remind us we are far more than our thoughts, our past experiences, or the stories we’ve come to believe about ourselves. My recent conversation with John Burgos on Beyond the Ordinary was one of those moments. Together, we explored the deeper nature of consciousness, the purpose of Light Language, the sacred architecture that exists within every human being, and how each of us can consciously create our reality through the power of choice.
Although Light Language is often seen as something mysterious or reserved for a select few, I shared that my experience has shown me something very different. I believe that every person already possesses their own unique Light Language because Light Language is, at its heart, the authentic expression of your soul.

Telepathic Light Language & The Sacred Structure of Creation
Light Language Is Your Authentic Expression
Many people immediately think of vocal tones or spoken transmissions when they hear the words Light Language. While vocal Light Language is certainly one form of expression, it is only one expression among many.
Your Light Language is the unique way your soul communicates itself into this world.
For some people, that expression may come through singing. For others, it may be painting, dancing, writing, building, cooking, creating businesses, raising children, or simply bringing kindness into every interaction they have. Whenever you express yourself authentically, you are communicating your unique frequency.
The spoken frequencies that many people associate with Light Language are simply one bridge that helps us reconnect with our authentic nature.
Light Language as a Bridge Into Telepathy
One of the most exciting topics we explored during the interview was the relationship between Light Language and telepathy.
Over many years of working with Light Language and exploring consciousness, I began to understand that vocal Light Language acts as a bridge into telepathic communication.
Before human language existed, there was frequency.
Before words, there was knowing.
As we become more connected to our authentic expression, our natural intuitive communication also begins to strengthen. Many people have experienced moments where they think of someone just before they receive a phone call, or they suddenly know the answer to a question without understanding how they know. These experiences are not unusual. They are reminders that telepathic communication is already a natural part of who we are.
Rather than trying to develop telepathy as a new ability, we are simply remembering something that has always existed within us.
Discovering Your Soul’s Voice
John asked how someone can begin discovering their soul’s unique voice, and I shared one of the simplest yet most profound practices I have ever received.
Years ago, I felt completely disconnected from singing. After one experience during my early adulthood, I stopped singing altogether for more than ten years. I had forgotten a part of myself that had once brought me immense joy.
One evening, while quietly sitting in front of a fire, I received a very simple message.
For the next thirty days, I was encouraged to do one thing every single day that I genuinely loved.
It did not need to be something extraordinary. It could be drinking a cup of coffee, spending time with my cats, painting, watching a movie, walking in nature, or simply sitting in the sunshine. The important part was not the activity itself but fully immersing myself in the experience.
I was encouraged to notice the warmth of the coffee cup, the smell of the coffee, the texture of my cat’s fur, the sound of the birds, and the feeling of the sunshine on my skin. I learned to become completely present with the things that naturally brought me joy.
One evening, while watching a movie, I suddenly felt an overwhelming urge to pause it. Without thinking, I began singing.
Those few notes became the first frequency recording I ever shared with the world.
Today, my music has reached listeners across the globe, but it all began with one simple practice of reconnecting with what I genuinely loved.
Sometimes the doorway to our greatest purpose begins with something beautifully ordinary.
The Sacred Structure of Creation
Another important topic we explored was what I call the Sacred Structure of Creation.
Everything in existence follows an underlying structure. Whether we are creating a business, writing a book, composing music, building a home, or creating a new reality for ourselves, creation follows the same universal principles.
Within my work, I teach this through the expanded 9–13 Chakra Source Code Blueprint.
The Earth Star Chakra represents the blueprint.
The Root Chakra provides the foundation.
The Sacral Chakra brings creative expression.
The Solar Plexus generates the power to build.
The Heart gives meaning and feeling.
The Throat expresses creation into the world.
The Third Eye realizes the vision.
The Crown embodies knowing.
The Soul Star reflects the completed blueprint back into the whole.
As we move consciously through each of these stages, creation becomes far more intentional. Rather than reacting to life, we begin participating in it with awareness.
Understanding Zero Point
One of the most meaningful parts of our conversation centered around Zero Point.
Many people imagine Zero Point as a destination or mystical state that exists somewhere outside of themselves. My experience has been very different.
Zero Point is the place where we become aware of both sides of every experience without becoming attached to either one.
Instead of reacting automatically, we become aware.
Instead of resisting what has happened, we recognize that every experience has brought us information while still allowing ourselves to consciously choose what we would prefer moving forward.
Neutrality does not mean becoming passive.
It means seeing clearly enough to make conscious choices.
Every chakra contains its own Zero Point of awareness, allowing us to move from reaction into creation.
Why I Teach Choice Instead of Affirmations
One of the concepts that resonated deeply with John was my approach to conscious creation.
Rather than relying on affirmations, I encourage people to work with choices.
When someone repeatedly says, “I am confident,” while another part of themselves deeply believes they are not, the nervous system often experiences conflict.
However, when we simply say, “I choose confidence,” something changes.
The subconscious no longer feels forced to accept something it does not yet believe.
Instead, it begins considering a new possibility.
Choice creates a bridge.
It gently allows every part of ourselves to move toward the reality we prefer without creating internal resistance.
This is why one of my favorite daily practices is simply saying:
“I choose to remember that I have the power to choose.”
That single statement has the power to transform every moment of our lives.
You Are the Sacred Site
Towards the end of our conversation, John asked about our travels to ancient sacred sites around the world.
While these incredible locations certainly carry powerful frequencies and deep remembrance, one realization has become clearer than ever.
You are the sacred site.
The pyramids, ancient temples, stone circles, and sacred mountains remind us of something that already exists within us.
They do not give us our power.
They simply help us remember it.
The sacred geometry, the blueprint, the frequency, the wisdom, and the intelligence we seek have always been within us.
A Final Invitation
If there is one message I hope everyone carries with them after listening to this conversation, it is this:
You do not need to become someone else to experience a more meaningful life.
You simply need to remember who you already are.
Begin with one choice.
Choose one thing today that genuinely brings you joy.
Allow yourself to become fully present with that experience.
Notice what begins to awaken inside of you.
Sometimes the smallest choices become the doorway to the greatest transformations.
Perhaps the most powerful choice you can make today is simply this:
I choose to remember that I have the power to choose.
Everything else begins there.
