- Shake It Off: Shake your hands out loosely, imagining that you are whipping off the dense energy of struggle.
- Open and Breathe: Turn your palms to face the sky in a gesture of receiving and take a deep, audible sigh.
This practice is not about giving up. Instead, it is about shifting your energetic state. As you relax, say to yourself, “I set down the effort. I allow the solution to find me, and I choose to see the evidence of the solution everywhere.”
