Have you ever realized we’re conditioned to ‘justify’ our emotions? This might be the main thing blocking your manifestations. It’s a pervasive pattern that disconnects us from our power and forces our reality to mirror our unacknowledged feelings.

The Emotional Justification Trap

A huge trap that most people fall into is only allowing themselves to feel a bad emotion if there is a bad circumstance to go with it. Consequently, they only allow themselves to feel a positive emotion if there is a positive circumstance to go with it.

When we do this, which is how 95% of humanity lives, we become disconnected from our internal emotional state. In order for our emotions to be felt, seen, and heard, they then have to manifest a circumstance that validates them, giving us “permission” to finally feel.

How Early Conditioning Blocks Your Power

We get conditioned into this from a young age by being required to justify our emotions. We learn that we must have a good reason for feeling down, sad, upset, angry, happy, or excited. There has to be a valid reason, and that reason generally looks like a story in our life or a circumstance that justifies the feeling.

But in truth, we are emotional beings. We contain all the emotions. The word emotion simply means energy in motion. This energy is meant to move; it’s going to go up, down, sideways, and back and forth. You are going to have all the emotions that the human experience can offer.

How to Stop Justifying Your Emotions to Manifest Faster

What you don’t need to do is force your energetics into a place where the only way you can feel a certain emotion is if there is a circumstance to back it up. You don’t need to justify your feelings. You just need to feel them.

Stop requiring justification for how you feel and let yourself just fucking feel. This is ultimate emotional freedom.

The Path to True Emotional Freedom

When you can feel whatever you’re feeling, in whatever way you’re feeling it, and simply feel it fully without requiring a reason, your manifestations will be set free. You will become the one who is choosing to feel, acknowledge, and see every single emotion.

Your emotional self will no longer be required to manifest a negative story just to finally get you to take some time and feel the part of yourself that’s been feeling a certain way. Let yourself have good days. Let yourself have bad days. Let yourself feel whatever you feel, but don’t require there to be a circumstance to back it up.
