My Conscious Awakening Blueprint

If I had to go through my spiritual awakening all over again, this is the 3-phase blueprint I would use to dismantle the old reality and build a new one. This is My Conscious Awakening Blueprint, a framework for anyone looking to navigate this profound transformation, shift careers, or even build a conscious business. Has anyone else experienced this pattern of deconstruction and intentional rebuilding on their journey?

Understanding Your Perceived Reality

First, it is essential to recognize a fundamental truth. The only reality you can experience is the one that fits within and through your perceptions. This includes your perceptions of yourself and your perceptions of the world around you. Everything you know and believe is filtered through this unique lens. This is the starting point for any meaningful change.

The only reality you can experience is the one that fits within and through your perceptions, your perceptions of yourself, and your perceptions of the world around you.

Rewriting Your Internal Systems of Creation

Next, I would come face to face with every single place where my perceptions have been formed by external forces. These forces include our parents, caregivers, past traumas, life experiences, and societal belief systems. It’s crucial to acknowledge where these external structures in your consciousness are in direct opposition to the life you actually want to live. This awareness is the catalyst for transformation.

Then, I would equip myself with a method to rewrite my own systems of creation. This means actively changing the story that I tell myself about myself and about the world in which I live. I would sift through all the limiting narratives and stories that were impressed into my consciousness. Stories like being “just one kid from Missouri,” not being able to achieve anything great, not being able to share my voice, not being heard, not being seen, or feeling unsafe to be my true self.

Once those limiting beliefs are shifted, the focus turns to value. I would explore my own self-worth. How do I value myself, and how do I value that equally with others? This leads to creating a fluid flow of exchange with the world, built on a foundation of mutual respect and balanced energy.

My Conscious Awakening Blueprint in 3 Phases

I would approach this entire process in three distinct phases. This structured approach helps manage the often-chaotic nature of a spiritual awakening by providing a clear path forward.

  1. Dismantle the Old Life: The first step is to deconstruct everything that you had known before. This involves consciously letting go of the beliefs, habits, and structures that no longer serve the person you are becoming. It is a phase of release and surrender.
  2. Practice with Yourself: The second step is to learn how to put these new perceptions and beliefs into practice internally. This is a solitary journey of self-discovery, done by yourself, with yourself, and for yourself. It’s about building a new inner foundation before you try to build anything externally.
  3. Practice with Others: The third and final step is to learn to put your new consciousness into practice with others. This is where you begin to co-create your journey forward, engaging with the world from your new state of being and building a reality that aligns with your true self.

If any of that resonates with you and you’ve been on this path, please do yourself a favor. We have created a whole bunch of things to support you and others like you who are walking this path of awakening, remembrance, rewriting consciousness, changing belief systems, and building great things. You can explore our community resources and find support for your journey. I’ll see you there on the flip side.
