Why Personal Growth Can Feel So Complicated
People often ask me why I work with the 13 chakras and meditation to create growth, build a business, or heal past trauma. The answer is straightforward; for me, these tools made everything simple. The journey of personal growth and awakening can become incredibly complicated, with so many voices telling you what you need to do. Honestly, it can be exhausting.
The journey of healing, the journey of awakening, the journey of personal growth can get so fucking complicated. And there’s so many voices telling you, you need to do this, you need to do this, you need to do this. Oh my God, it can be fucking exhausting.
How Mastering Chakras Makes Growth Simple
I discovered a very simple structure inside our energetics that has been used by masters for thousands of years. When you can tap into this internal structure, you gain clarity. You can see exactly where your energy is going, identify where things are out of alignment, and understand what you are supposed to be aligning with. When you make it simple and break it down into individual components, focusing on them one at a time, the process becomes so much easier.
The Critical Difference Between ‘Simple’ and ‘Easy’
Now, it’s important to understand that making something simple doesn’t necessarily make it easy. However, simplicity makes it easier to show up to the journey consistently. And consistency is key.
Consider these examples:
- Consistency is simple, but most people don’t have what it takes to show up to something consistently.
- Self-confidence is simple, but it’s not necessarily easy to face every part of yourself that holds doubt and learn to love those parts enough to help them discover their own inner confidence.
Whatever it is that you are ready to shift, the solution is simple. That doesn’t make it easy, but when you can find that simple target, it makes it a whole lot easier to stay on track.
