The Red Flag of ‘Intense Energy’
I see it all the time. Someone shows up and says, “I couldn’t do the thing that I was supposed to do. I couldn’t post on social media. I couldn’t complete my task list because the energy was so intense.” They claim they needed to spend the entire week just processing everything.
That is your self-sabotage patterns masking under words that sound like spiritual alignment.
Is Your Spiritual Alignment Actually Self-Sabotage?
These excuses sound like energetic depth. They sound like you’re an enlightened person who is in tune with the energy. But what are you really in tune with? Most of the time, the only thing you’re in tune with is your old patterns.
You are simply coming up with new and clever ways to allow yourself to keep repeating the same cycle. This shows up as:
- The pattern of delay
- The pattern of stagnation
- The pattern of repeating the cycle over and over
The Shift to True Energetic Mastery
Real spiritual and energetic alignment and mastery takes accountability for your state of being. You don’t get to pawn it off on the current wave of energy that the universe was floating through that particular week. Instead, you must show up with accountability for your own energetics, your state of being, and your biofield, because that is what you command.
You show up and you own that. You declare, “This is what I choose to do. This is what I choose to create, and this is how I choose to feel while I do it.” And then you go and you do it.
