How Your Emotions Secretly Sabotage Your Manifestations

Have you ever felt like you’re stuck in a loop of self-sabotage? It turns out that the root of this frustrating cycle might be hiding in plain sight. This post will explore how your emotions secretly sabotage your manifestations and, more importantly, what you can do about it.

Understanding Your Emotions as Parts of You

If you can master this concept, your manifestations will start flooding in, and you will begin to feel exactly what you want to feel every single day. Think of your emotions like a part of yourself that wants to feel a certain way. You have a part of yourself that wants to be angry, a part that wants to feel sad, and parts that want to be excited, happy, at peace, or inspired.

Each one of those parts of yourself needs to be seen, felt, and heard to be acknowledged. Every emotion simply wants you to give it attention and acknowledgement. But here’s what we typically do. We say, “I won’t feel sadness unless there is a circumstance that justifies sadness because I prefer this other emotion.” We make emotions “good” or “bad.”

How Your Emotions Secretly Sabotage Your Manifestations

Here’s the thing, emotions are just energy in motion. They’re meant to flow through you. Their job is to come through, say hi, and move on… the happy emotions, the sad emotions, all of them. But when they start passing through, we often go, “Oh, this is a bad one. Let’s kick it out. If it doesn’t have a good reason to be here, it’s gotta go.”

So what does that rejected emotion do? It goes out into your life and manifests a circumstance that justifies its existence. Then it comes back, and on its way through the next time, it says, “Hey, look, I’ve got a really shitty circumstance, so now you have a good reason. You must feel me because I have proof there’s a reason to feel sad or angry or frustrated.”

This is how our emotions start manifesting all kinds of unwanted situations in our lives. This is where the negative loops and self-sabotage cycles come from. It is emotions that you’re not allowing yourself to feel going out in your life, creating a difficult circumstance to prove to you that you have a good reason to feel them.

The Path to Emotional Freedom and Stable Circumstances

When you stop needing a reason to feel your emotions, you become free. When you can just feel what you want to feel and welcome every emotion that comes through your field, you are no longer a prisoner to your circumstances. Every one of those emotional parts of you is free to come in, be felt, be seen, be heard, and be acknowledged.

This leaves your circumstances out of the picture entirely. Your circumstances can become a stable structure that is focused and exactly what you want in life. Meanwhile, your emotions can be free for complete fulfillment. Fulfillment means a mind filled full of experience, energy, and emotion. Allow yourself to feel everything, because that is where true freedom is found. Your circumstances can be, and you can feel.

A Mantra for Feeling Good

To wrap this up, here’s a little mantra for you. It’s simple but powerful.

I choose to feel good just because it feels good to feel fucking good.

Go ahead and own that. Repeat it. Feel it. I choose to feel good.
