However, if you make your own story the entire foundation of your business, it becomes a structure built solely around you, your ideas, and your experience. While the people you’re here to serve are walking a similar path, it’s not the exact same path as yours. If it were, they wouldn’t need your services; they would already be in your position as the coach, healer, or leader.
When you just build your business as a structure around your own ideas, you leave your soul-aligned clients right next door, but you’re invisible to them.
Let’s consider an example. Say you have a profound idea and create a course to teach that information. You run ads, build a funnel, and post on social media, but no one shows up. The reason isn’t that the course lacks value or transformational information. It’s simply that it’s not being shared in a way that resonates with the people you’re here to serve, because it was built around your ideas, not them.
The Shift to Building a People-First Business
So, let’s flip this equation and build something completely resonant. This new approach involves working deeply with a handful of people you get to know very closely. You begin to understand the inner workings of their challenges, struggles, goals, and desires, and you help them create real results.
By working with them in-depth, you understand exactly how they talk and the specific language they use. You learn the precise way they need to be communicated with to facilitate their transformation. Once you’ve integrated deeply with the community you’re here to serve, you can then build your course as a structure around those real people and their experiences, not just your own.
When you do this, your soul-aligned clients will feel like you’re speaking directly to them because you are speaking to people who are in their exact position. This builds your business as a conscious bridge from your knowledge to their current reality… how they feel, think, and see themselves.
Your purpose-driven business then lights up as a vortex of energy that resonates with the right people because you’re talking their language and speaking directly to them, instead of speaking to who you think they are. This distinction makes all the difference.
The Energetics of Authentic Connection
To do this with empowerment, authenticity, and integrity, specific energetic alignments are necessary. This requires an empowered solar plexus, a heart chakra connected with perfect love and trust, and a profoundly open throat chakra to express yourself authentically.
