I used to practice Reiki, and I really enjoyed it for a time. But many people ask why I no longer use it, and my experience led me to a different path. My Higher Self made it clear I needed to stop, showing me an alternative that goes beyond Reiki to your Soul Blueprint Energy. This profound shift focuses on honoring the unique energetic recipe that makes you, you. Has anyone else felt this call to move past traditional modalities?

Why I Moved On From Reiki
To understand why I no longer practice Reiki, it’s important to grasp a couple of basics. When we call energy into someone’s system, we must understand what that energy is and its place. Everyone has some Reiki energy naturally flowing through them, just as everyone has a bit of Kundalini. I’ve worked with Reiki, Kundalini, and even Kundalini Reiki, which is more balanced as it blends divine feminine and masculine energies.
However, my higher self made it extremely clear that I was never again to bring either of these energies through someone’s chakra system in the way most practices do today. The core issue arises when we pull a specific, external energy like Reiki or Kundalini through someone’s system. More often than not, it overloads their energetic field.
It floods the system with all of one energy or the other… And when this happens, the system goes out of balance with the soul’s true resonance.
Discovering What’s Beyond Reiki: Your Soul Blueprint Energy
Each person possesses a unique blueprint of energy. This blueprint contains a little bit of Reiki, a bit of Kundalini, and perhaps traces of Arcturian, Pleiadian, Sirian, and countless other energies. It’s the specific recipe that makes you you. As humans, we tend to think we know best, creating constructs, sigils, and practices to tap into a specific energy.
But when we do this, our human construct takes a vast, complex recipe and tries to micromanage it. When we flood the system with Reiki or Kundalini, we create an imbalance that actually pushes the person’s authentic resonance out of their system. Instead of bringing them closer to themselves, it distances them from their true nature.
This is why I now work with the Soul Blueprint energy. It contains both Reiki and Kundalini, but also a whole lot more of the other unique energies that make up an individual. I do this intuitively. Reiki taught me a lot about how to tune in, feel, and move energy, but it’s an incomplete map.
Connecting to Your Original Source Self
Today, I no longer call in any specific energy, whether it’s Pleiadian, Arcturian, or anything else. Instead, I simply connect and target that person’s source self energy… the original version of them. This is the “them” that existed before this world told them who to be, their true essence that existed before Reiki and Kundalini. We simply bring their unique recipe, their blueprint, into the body.
When we bring in that full blueprint energy, most people discover a tremendous amount about who they are, why they’re here, and the actual steps they need to take. They often shift into profound altered states of consciousness, receiving vast amounts of information directly from within. As a facilitator, my job isn’t to decide what energy goes where; it’s to hold a wide enough space for their own blueprint to amplify within them.
The Dangers of an Incomplete Map
As I was first working with the 13 chakra blueprint and tuning into my own blueprint energy, my higher self made it abundantly clear. The way people commonly work with Reiki and Kundalini is often the root cause of spiritual psychosis. It creates imbalance and disconnects individuals from their real, true, and whole authentic blueprint.
Furthermore, many of these energy healing practices are framed incorrectly. Facilitators often believe they are “fixing” or “healing” the client. This perception reinforces a pattern of brokenness in the client, which is extremely damaging.
True healing is remembrance within. It is not about being fixed, and the facilitator is simply holding the space to allow the energy to flow.
When a client doesn’t understand this, they approach a session thinking the facilitator will “fix” them. They adopt the belief that they are broken and need something external… this Reiki energy or this facilitator… to heal them. If this perceptual alignment is present, the client will negate most of their results. The issues often return, sometimes worse than before, fracturing their consciousness into a greater state of disempowerment.
A Simpler, More Empowering Intention
While Reiki can be beautiful and taught me much, I can’t practice it in good faith anymore. My higher self showed me there is only one energy that should ever be pulled into someone’s system. To access it, I was given a very simple intention.
My intention is to call forth: “The truth of what they are, the truth of who they are, where they are directly connected with the truth of all things.”
By accessing this point of truth, we remove all human understanding and simply allow their soul, body, and energy system to do what they naturally know how to do. They expand, adapt, and embody their own true soul blueprint. This is also way easier for the facilitator. It allows the client’s consciousness to step into empowerment, shift upwards in vibration, and fulfill its purpose, leaving them more authentic and aligned.
Healing as Remembrance, Not Removal
I always make sure every client understands that this is not a “healing session” and that they are not broken. It is a space for them to experience the energy of remembering their own wholeness. My role is simply to guide and support them in that experience, never to fix, heal, or remove anything.
Another common practice is the “removal” of blockages or things that no longer serve us. But if we are removing things, we are removing parts of a perfect and whole consciousness. Every part of self, even the negative parts, is in service to that consciousness. Who are we to try to remove it?
Instead, we must focus on the remembrance of wholeness. When we do, every part of the self will naturally restructure and reintegrate into its perfect place. No part is ever discarded. Getting rid of a “blockage” simply implies to that part of yourself that it is not worthy, which only compounds the issue.
I hope this makes sense. I don’t hate Reiki; it is simply an incomplete map. My guides showed me a fuller picture that supports clients with lasting results and doesn’t reinforce patterns of brokenness. I hope this explanation helps you on your journey.
