The Conditioned Outward Orientation
For a long time, your energy has been trained to look outward. You have been conditioned to search outside of yourself for permission, for safety, and for confirmation that it is okay to be who you are. This outward orientation is not natural. It is a conditioned response, and it is why so many people feel depleted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their power, even when they are doing all the right things.
Restoring Your Original Design to Activate Your Inner Source Code
Today, we are not adding anything to you. Instead, we are restoring the original source code of your system. This process is about remembering your innate power and function.
You were never designed to pull energy from the world. You are designed to generate it from within.
Take a moment to settle into your body. Sit up straight with your feet grounded on the floor. Keep your spine tall and independent. You are not leaning on life anymore; you are standing as your own support. Now, go ahead and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
A Guided Activation of the Nine Main Chakras
I will count you through the nine main chakras. This is not to activate them in a new way, but to return them to their original, intended function. As we go through each chakra, simply say “confirm” to yourself if you choose to receive the alignment.
- Earth Star Chakra (Below Your Feet)
Bring your awareness to the space just below your feet. This is your point of embodiment. The distortion here is a feeling of floating or seeking safety outside of yourself. The original code is grounded Presence and your original blueprint. Feel your energy drop down into the earth, not asking the earth to hold you, but meeting it as an equal. Silently say to yourself, “I choose to remember that I belong. I am supported because I exist.” Breathe in and out here. Confirm. - Root Chakra
Now, bring your awareness to your root chakra. This center learned to search for security, but its original code is presence. You do not need to be held; you hold yourself. Silently say, “I have chosen to be the stability because I am.” Breathe in and out here. Confirm. - Sacral Chakra
Bring your awareness to your sacral chakra. This center learned to wait for permission to feel, to want, and to create. Its original code is flow. Desire is not something you ask for; it is something you allow. Silently say, “I have chosen to allow life to move through me.” Breathe in and out here. Confirm. - Solar Plexus Chakra
Focus on your solar plexus. This center learned to look outward for validation, but its original code is self-recognition. Your power does not come from being chosen by others. It comes from choosing yourself. Silently say, “I have chosen that I am my own authority through my experience.” Breathe in and out here. Confirm. - Heart Chakra
Bring your awareness to your heart chakra. This center learned to seek love and think it is separate, but the original code is coherence and wholeness. You do not chase connection because you are already whole. Silently say, “I am the field of connection because I am whole.” Take a deep breath in and out. Confirm. - Throat Chakra
Now, focus on your throat chakra. This center learned to shape itself to be accepted. Its original code is authentic resonance. Your voice is not an echo; it is a signal. Silently say to yourself, “I have chosen to speak what is true for me and embody it.” Breathe deeply. Confirm. - Third Eye Chakra
Bring your awareness to your third eye. This center learned to seek for answers outside, but its original code is the perception of truth. You do not need more information because you are the finder. Silently say, “I have chosen to only see from within.” Breathe in and out. Confirm. - Crown Chakra
Focus on your crown chakra. This center learned to reach upward for divinity, but the original code is embodiment. Divinity is not above you; it moves through you and is you. Silently say, “I have chosen to allow source to express as me.” Breathe deeply. Confirm. - Soul Star Chakra (Above Your Head)
Finally, bring your awareness to your soul star chakra, just above your head. This is your point of pure remembrance, beyond identity, history, and effort. Here, you do not need to choose; you simply are. Feel the soft, luminous presence above you, not as something to reach for, but as something already connected. Let it pour gently down through your crown, your spine, your body, and into the earth star below you. Simply say, “I am.” Confirm.
Stabilizing Your New Vertical Current
Connect the earth star and the soul star. Feel them meeting inside of you. A vertical current stabilizes through your spine, a clear, vertical channel. You are no longer pulling energy outward from the world. You are circulating it inward and radiating it naturally. You are bringing yourself into the world.
You can go ahead and open your eyes if you have not already. Notice the difference. The room did not change, but your orientation did. Your perspective shifted. We are governed by our perspective, and you can only experience the reality that fits within it.
