But here’s the thing, when you’re running around playing small and limiting your value with this idea of humility, you are actually doing a disservice. All you’re doing is hiding the powerful energy that you contain from the people who genuinely need to connect with you. This false humility prevents your light from reaching those it is meant to guide.
When you’re hiding in false humility, the people you’re meant to serve can’t hear you or see you.
Stepping Into Your Authentic Power
Imagine showing up with power in your solar plexus, authenticity in your throat chakra, and being fully connected, anchored, grounded, and centered in your heart. When you show up knowing your power and being willing to speak it authentically, everything changes. Owning the incredible things that you know how to do and the ways you can help people is not arrogance; it’s service.

This is the you that existed before this world programmed you with false humility, told you who to be, boxed in your authenticity, and limited your power. That version of you, the one that existed before all of that, is what I like to call your source code or your soul blueprint. This is your core essence, untainted by societal conditioning.
Beyond the 7 Chakras: Your Full Energetic Picture
The key to unlocking this blueprint lies in understanding the full 13-chakra system. This system exists beyond the purely physical experience. The main seven chakras that are on all the charts, from the crown to the root, represent the physical human experience. This is precisely where all the distortions and blockages get stuck, which is why they often leave off the other chakras.
The chakras up above and the ones down below aren’t part of the direct human experience, so they don’t receive the distortion programming from it. Therefore, when you tap into the full picture, you get the full, undistorted picture of who you actually are. You can then bring that pure energy down through all the other chakras and reset the main seven. They can then become the structure they’re meant to be, designed to hold the value you’re meant to share with the world.
