Have you ever felt the need to ‘fix’ or ‘unblock’ your chakras? I stopped trying to do that and started a new practice instead, and it’s been a complete game changer. It’s time for a source code activation, a profound shift in understanding that your chakras aren’t broken, they’re remembering who you truly are. Shifting From ‘Fixing’ to Remembering
This isn’t about an activation in the way you might have been taught. Instead, it is a remembrance of something already within you. Most people have been taught that the chakra system is something to fix, clear, or unblock. But what if thatโs not actually the case? What if your chakras are not part of a broken system, but rather a perfect system that has been experiencing layers of distortion?
Instead of trying to change anything, we’re going to do something much simpler. We’re going to bring awareness back to what is already there.
A Guided Meditation to Reconnect
You can do this exercise sitting, standing, or in any way that feels natural to you. If you are in a space where you feel comfortable, gently close your eyes. If not, you can save this for later. For now, take a slow, deep breath in, and then let it out even slower. We are going to move through seven points of awareness. There is nothing you need to force; just notice what you experience as we go through each point.
- Base of Your Body (Root Chakra)
First, bring your awareness to the base of your body. This area is often associated with safety. Instead of trying to create safety, just notice what is already there. If it feels natural, you can allow this thought, “I choose to know that I am supported.” Take a deep breath in and out. - Lower Abdomen (Sacral Chakra)
Now, bring your awareness to your lower abdomen. This space is connected to emotion and creation. You do not need to change anything. Just notice the movement or the stillness here. Then, allow this thought into your awareness, “It’s safe to feel and create.” Take another deep breath in and out. - Upper Abdomen (Solar Plexus Chakra)
Next, move your awareness to your upper abdomen. This area relates to your sense of self and direction. Again, there is nothing to fix. Just observe this area. If it resonates, allow this thought, “I am able to move and choose.” Remember to take a deep breath in and out. - Heart Space (Heart Chakra)
Go ahead and bring your awareness to your heart space. Just notice whatever is present. Whether it feels open, closed, or neutral, it doesn’t matter. Gently allow this thought, “I can experience connection.” Take a deep breath in and out. - Throat (Throat Chakra)
Now, bring your awareness to your throat, the space of expression. Just notice without forcing anything. Allow this thought, “It’s safe to express in my own way.” Take a deep breath in and out. - Forehead (Third Eye Chakra)
Move your awareness to your forehead, your center of inner perception. There is no need to visualize anything here, just bring your awareness to this point. Allow this thought, “I can see clearly through my own choice.” Take another deep breath in and out. - Top of Your Head (Crown Chakra)
Finally, bring your awareness to the top of your head. Notice the space above and around you. You do not need to reach for anything. Just allow this thought, “I am whole in myself and choose to embody my wholeness now.” Take one more deep breath in and out.
Why Your Chakras Aren’t Broken, They’re Remembering
Nothing needs to happen or change. You are simply allowing the remembrance of you. If something shifted for you, that’s okay. And if nothing shifted, that’s okay too. This isn’t about forcing an experience; it’s about allowing awareness to return to yourself. From that place of simple awareness, things naturally begin to reorganize on their own.
