So you got this download from your higher consciousness. You had an awakening, and a huge purpose was placed in your heart. You felt compelled to build it, and you’ve been working diligently. You took that idea and got to work.
You put it all together, gathering every component. You brainstormed for days, filling up stacks of notebooks with your ideas. You have successfully built something incredible around your core concept. Now, you’re asking the question, “If I received this big purpose and download from higher consciousness, where are the people it was meant for?”
You’re looking for those people, but it feels like you’re hearing crickets. Where are they?
The #1 Mistake Conscious Entrepreneurs Make
There is one critical step that most conscious entrepreneurs, healers, coaches, lightworkers, and starseeds… people who are here to change the planet… often miss. It is this’ It is the failure to learn how to communicate your value in a way that the people who genuinely need what you’re sharing can hear you, see you, and understand that you are the right person for them.
The piece that’s often missing isn’t that your idea isn’t wonderful. It isn’t that you didn’t get it inspired from higher consciousness. The problem is that you missed the step of getting to know the people you’re here to serve and understanding how they talk about their challenges and desires.
You built your mission around your idea, instead of building it around the people that you’re here to serve.
This is a basic mistake that just about every entrepreneur makes at least once. People tend to build around the idea they have because that’s where the inspiration and excitement is. In that excitement, we often miss the most important step of all’ building around the people we are meant to serve.
The Critical Shift’ From Idea-First to People-First
So, what does it look like to build around people? It looks like putting all the ideas you had on pause for just a moment. The first step is to go and find 5 to 10 people who genuinely need what you have to share and who are able to invest deeply to work with you one-on-one. This allows you to fulfill that mission with them, bring your service to them, and create immense value while working deeply in an integrated, personal capacity.
This is the step that so many healers, lightworkers, and coaches miss. They go straight for building a course or a group program, and they miss this foundational step. It leaves them in a position where they’ve built this amazing idea, but they don’t know how to speak the language of the people they’re here to serve.
As a result, they end up feeling invisible. They post about their work, but it doesn’t land. They are not able to show the people they’re here for how their creation can actually transform their lives.
