Are you trying to figure out how to tell true light from the trap of false light? So many in the spiritual community get caught in the obsession with identifying ‘false light’, but this is a trap of duality itself. The key is to learn how to actually connect with source consciousness, which means moving beyond polarization and judgment altogether.

The Signature of True Source Consciousness
Here’s how to tell if something is true light or if it is false light. When you’re channeling the source within yourself, you’re going to look for polarization. If you’re connected to the real source, your real intuition, and the real divine essence of the universe, it’s not polarized. It isn’t right or left, light or dark, good or bad.
Instead, it is simply a resonant truth that brings all frequencies and perspectives to the table. It presents both sides of the picture and allows you to see the validity of all sides.
How To Tell True Light From The Trap Of False Light
One thing that I see a lot in the spiritual community is people who are obsessed with finding the false light or distinguishing the real light versus the false light. Once again, this puts us back in the world of duality. This doesn’t make any sense because as human beings, we are learning to graduate from that mindset. We are learning to step out of duality and into the resonant truth that all perspectives are valid.
Most often when people are running around being like, this is false light and this is good and this is bad, that’s just their fear talking. Something about it triggered them.
Yes, there may be valid points and invalid points in any perspective. There may be truth or untruth because that is mixed into just about everything. We are learning beings that are growing and evolving, and we don’t have it all figured out yet.
Why We Get Triggered and Judge Others
People who are obsessed with false light versus real light are often blaming one person or another. They go out and say, “this person is real and this person is not,” and that’s judgment. We would do well as human beings to learn to evaluate everything as a valid perspective. The real question to ask is, why does this trigger you so much that you need to make it bad?
What if you can look at it and see the other perspective? What perspective are you resistant to or afraid of seeing as valid? Does that other perspective that you might get triggered by, that you might think is bad or false, trigger you because it challenges your sense of self? Your identity?
Most often that’s the case. We tend to label things as bad when they challenge our identity because if our identity is challenged, we take that as a personal threat. Our nervous system responds, and we start to respond from ego rather than love.
Embracing All Perspectives Through Love
Remember the aligning force of all of this, and that is love. Love has the capacity to hold space for all perspectives and for all views, even if they’re incorrect. I encourage everybody to dive into all the perspectives, to see the validity in them, and also the invalidity of all perspectives.
As you do that, you get to unify the struggle between light and dark, good and bad, false and truth. You get to see where everything carries the same resonance of source. This level of spiritual expansion and personal growth is a cornerstone of what we teach. If you feel called to go deeper into your own energy mastery, we invite you to check the schedule for our next “Ignite Your 13 Chakra Blueprint” event on the registration page.
Ultimately, it is up to you how you respond to anything. That’s where your power lies. That’s where you get to create. So choose. Choose deeply, choose wisely, and choose in alignment with what you are choosing to create.
