Creating Change From the Zero Point

Have you ever felt completely stuck, like you’re doing everything right but still not seeing the results you want? I realized the reason I was stuck wasn’t my goals, but the fact that I was constantly trying to run away from my problems instead of truly creating change from the Zero Point. It’s a subtle but powerful shift in perspective that can unlock lasting transformation.

Why Your Goals Aren’t the Problem

One of the biggest reasons people don’t experience real, lasting change has nothing to do with their goals. Itโ€™s not because you don’t want it badly enough or aren’t trying hard enough. In fact, most of us are already very clear on what we want. We want to feel better, for our bodies to heal, and to experience more ease, alignment, and clarity in life.

The idea of having goals is not the issue. Goals are a very natural part of being human. They provide direction, focus, and a sense of movement. But the part most people are not aware of is the state they’re in while moving towards these goals.

Most people are not moving towards what they want. They’re trying to move away from something they don’t like.

If you slow down and look at it honestly, many of us are trying to move away from feeling overwhelmed, stuck, unwell, or not good enough. We’re trying to escape a feeling that something isn’t working. So even though the goals sound positive, the starting point is actually resistance.

How Resistance Keeps You Stuck

When your starting point is resistance, there is an underlying message in your system that says, “This is not okay. This needs to change. I need to get out of this.” The body, the nervous system, and the subconscious don’t respond to your positive goal; they respond to this underlying energy of resistance.

This energy gets carried into the entire process. You take action from that place, you make decisions from that place, and you try to create change from that place. From the outside, it can even look like progress. You might find new tools, feel better temporarily, or even create some small shifts.

However, underneath it all, the original pattern is still running. This is because the same state that created the experience is still present in your system. This is why so many people feel like they’re doing everything right, but something still isn’t fully shifting for them.

The Power of Creating Change From the Zero Point

This is where the Zero Point becomes so important. The Zero Point perspective is not about removing your goals, telling you to stay where you are, or pretending everything is fine. Itโ€™s about changing the starting point from which you are creating.

Instead of beginning from, “This needs to be different for me to feel okay,” you begin from, “I’m already okay, and I choose to create from here.”

This might sound simple, but for the nervous system, itโ€™s a completely different signal. When the system is no longer in resistance, it no longer needs to hold, defend, or maintain the same pattern. There is no pressure, no urgency, and no internal fight.

Transformation That Actually Lasts

When that internal pressure is lifted, something very natural begins to happen. The system starts to regulate itself. Your awareness becomes clearer, and your responses become more aligned. From that place, change doesn’t have to be forced. It happens as a natural result of the system no longer holding itself in the same way.

You still have direction, you still have goals, and you still move forward. But you no longer use the goal to fix yourself. Instead, you’re using it as an expression of what you choose to create. That is what creates transformation that actually lasts, because itโ€™s not built on resistance, it’s built on clarity.
