When I work with healers and entrepreneurs, I’ve found the single biggest indicator of success vs failure comes down to how they use one specific word. There is a red flag that instantly tells me whether or not someone is going to hit their goals, and a green flag that shows me they are racing toward success. In truth, this one word predicts if you’ll succeed or stay stuck, and it all revolves around the word ‘my’.

The Red Flag of Identity: Claiming the Problem
When I work with conscious entrepreneurs, healers, or coaches, or help someone navigate through the trauma of their past to re-architect their timeline, there’s one simple thing that tells me right off the bat whether we’re making progress. It reveals if they’re just going to stay stuck in the same old loop.
It’s all about where they use the word my in the conversation. Do they say things like this?
- My problem is this…
- My challenge is this…
- My struggle is this…
- My trauma did this to me…
If they use the word ‘my’ like that, then I know we have a lot of work to do. Until that language changes, nothing is going to change because they’re consistently declaring the problem as theirs.
They’re consistently declaring the problem as theirs, making it their identity, making the challenge or the struggle, the thing that defines them.
How This One Word Predicts if You’ll Succeed or Stay Stuck
On the other side, the green flag that tells me someone is moving forward quickly is when they shift how they use that same word. Their language changes to project ownership over their future, not their past limitations. They start saying things like this.
- My choice is this.
- My future looks like this.
- My decision is to build this.
- My next steps are to do this.
When someone projects exactly what they are choosing after the word ‘my’, that is a signal that they are embodying their choice. It shows they are moving in that direction, that their identity has become free of whatever the past had to say. Their identity is shifting towards, or has already shifted into, the future that they’re creating for themselves.
Shifting Your Identity to Create Your Future
That singular shift, if you change what you say after the word ‘my’, makes everything much easier to move. The action steps, the ideas, the creation, the planning, the strategy, and anchoring it in with real-world steps all become simpler. The healing, the unpacking, the layers of the trauma, all of that gets way, way easier when your identity is tied to who you are becoming rather than what has happened in the past.
The way I work with my clients is to go through a process of identifying where our identity is stuck in the old patterns, one chakra at a time. We do this through 13 chakras, navigating a journey of sacred geometry through the architecture of your Soul Source code blueprint to discover and bring back the original you. This is the you that existed before this world told you who you had to be and before that ‘my’ statement got corrupted.
On the other side of that, we’re able to bring back to life the original you. I call this a 13 Chakra Source Code Activation, and if you want to dive in and explore what that can look like for yourself, you can find resources to support your journey. I’d love to support your journey into the expansion of all that you are.
