Many believe the journey of spiritual growth is about reaching and maintaining a constant high, but the truth is that your spiritual awakening has a rhythm. That ‘peak’ spiritual experience isn’t the final goal, and understanding why the ‘dip’ that follows is actually where the magic happens is crucial for your journey. It is in these moments of descent that the most profound transformation occurs.

The Peak Experience: A Powerful Catalyst
At some point in our awakening journey, most of us experience what could be called a Kundalini awakening. It doesn’t matter what you call it; the experience is what’s important. This is that peak high moment that acts as a catalyst, setting our journey of inner exploration into full motion. It opens us up to new possibilities, like manifestation and understanding what we’re truly capable of.
Coming off that peak, we often experience rapid, even instant, manifestations. As we ride that wave of high frequency, it feels like anything is possible. However, just as we reach the peak, we inevitably begin the descent into the valley. This is where we pick up momentum for the next phase of our growth.
Navigating the Dip: Where the Real Work Begins
When we reach the bottom of that frequency swing, the real work begins. This phase is all about deep inner processing. We’re dealing with transmutation and consciously working through old patterns and programming. It’s a crucial time for integration and healing.
Confronting these deep-seated programs is a critical step. If you’re looking for more structured guidance on this process, our “Break Free From Self Sabotage” training event can provide powerful tools to help you shift repeating cycles. We encourage you to check the schedule on the registration page for the next available class.
The universe has a built-in safety mechanism. It shuts off shit like instant manifestation because if you are running instant manifestation, while you’re also working through the trenches of old programming and trauma… you don’t want instant manifestation on. That would be a tragedy, right?
During this dip, you don’t want the power of instant manifestation active. The focus is to get reoriented and establish a new, more stable baseline. Then, as you begin to climb back up the energetic wave, you will naturally see another round of faster-paced manifestations return.
Understanding Why Your Spiritual Awakening Has a Rhythm
Unfortunately, many people misunderstand this dip. Instead of recognizing it as a necessary part of the cycle, they resist it and may even feel like they are destroying their progress. This is where understanding the Hermetic Law of Rhythm becomes essential. This law, which follows the Law of Polarity, states that everything flows out and in; everything has its tides. If we try to exist in only one half of the rhythm… only the peak… we inevitably fall out of sync.
So, we should use that peak moment of excitement, joy, and bliss as a catalyst. Think of it as a mile marker on your journey, a reminder of what’s possible. However, the goal shouldn’t be to constantly try to get back to it.
How to Embrace the Rhythm and Cultivate Joy Now
If that peak experience became your new normal, it would cease to be a peak. You wouldn’t even notice it anymore because it would lose its contrast. This is why simple practices like gratitude are so powerful. They allow you to bring elements of that peak feeling into your daily life through conscious choice.
Think about that place of bliss or joy you experienced. What did it feel like? Now, ask yourself where in your life you can feel that way right now, by choice. This isn’t about waiting for specific outcomes or external conditions. It’s about tapping into the power that is already within you.
That peak experience was simply a reflection of the power within you, showing you what you were capable of feeling all along. There is nothing you have to do to “get back” to it. You only need to allow that feeling to be here with you, right now.
