Understanding the โ€˜Hypnosisโ€™ of Everyday Life

Why do I say de-hypnotize? Because we are hypnotized through life into so many things we simply are not. Old beliefs, conditioned responses, and unconscious patterns build up over time. To return to what you originally are, your true essence, we don’t add more hypnosis on top of what is already there.

Through de-hypnotizing, we return to your original power and your source blueprint. We reconnect with the part of you that knows your wholeness, a part that existed long before the thoughts of brokenness were ever given to you.

A Guided Practice to Reclaim Your Power from Autopilot

Letโ€™s start the process. Find a comfortable posture where you can fully relax. This is a journey back to the calm, natural energy that resides inside of you.

  1. Breathe Deeply: Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out. You can close your eyes if you haven’t already. Let your shoulders relax and allow the tension to melt away with each breath.
  2. Acknowledge Your Truth: Bring in the awareness and remembrance of what you’ve known has always been true for you through your own choice.
  3. Visualize Your Awareness: Visualize this true awareness stepping forward fully as a beautiful sphere of light. Imagine your true intention lighting up and taking up all the space around you.
  4. Dissolve the Hypnosis: Now, see the hypnosis you’ve gathered through life dissolving into that powerful light.
  5. Express Gratitude: Give gratitude to the hypnosis for reminding you that you can consciously choose to be what you truly are.
  6. Step Into Your Light: Speak to your deeper self. Imagine this source light, your truest version, being so bright that you can step into it. Go ahead and step into that sphere of light now.
  7. Listen and Receive: Just listen and receive. Feel the clarity of your inner knowing. With every breath out, see all of the autopilot moments now fully lighting up inside this beautiful, bright light, allowed to become part of it and return to full wholeness.
  8. Affirm Your Choice: With every breath in say, “I choose what I have always been. I choose my true self.”
  9. Return Gently: Take a few more deep breaths in and out. When you’re ready, allow yourself to open your eyes and come back to the present moment.

This Is About Liberating Your Mind, Not Controlling It

This isn’t about controlling your mind, it’s about liberating it. You are not the product of old suggestions that you only thought were true.

Remind yourself that you are free to choose again, right now. This is a beautiful truth. The tools I’ve shared are only a fraction of what I use to create a life of complete freedom in health, business, relationships, and everything you can imagine.

I used to have two chronic conditions, but I simply became healthy because I chose not to believe the hypnosis that was given to me. Instead, I focused my energy toward my truth. Your mind is your power. Choose to use it consciously.
