When most conscious entrepreneurs get started, they begin building around their idea. They have this magnificent concept and all the knowledge to back it up, so they construct everything around that foundation. But this approach leaves them in a position where they end up completely invisible to their soul-aligned clients.
The reason they struggle to find these clients isn’t because their idea is wrong. It’s not because they’re lacking a specific marketing strategy or don’t have the right ads or funnels. It’s none of that stuff. The issue is much simpler and more fundamental; the structure of their business was built around them and their idea instead of their soul-aligned clients.
The Simple Shift to Attract Soul-Aligned Clients
To shift your work into resonance with those you are meant to serve, I want you to make one single change in how you think about what you build. You are not here to build around your idea, your experience, or your knowledge alone. You are here to build around the intersection of your knowledge, experience, and ideas with your soul-aligned clients.
This means you have to get to know them. It means you must have conversations and build genuine relationships with those people. Only then can you build your business, your offer, and your program around the intersection between your interests and your client’s actual needs. You simply can’t do that if you build around your idea first. The only way it works is if you meet those clients first and then build around them.
The Energetics of Authentic Communication
There are three key areas of your business, but the one that applies most here is communication. It’s about mastering the art of communicating the value of the transformation you provide in a way that allows people to engage with you. This isn’t just about words; it’s about energetics. It is the art of balancing key energy centers to create a resonant field.
- An open, expressive throat chakra to communicate your truth clearly.
- A fully connected heart chakra to meet your clients in perfect love and perfect trust.
- A fully empowered solar plexus chakra to empower that relationship in alignment with both your soul’s expression and their soul’s mission.
Your ideal clients can’t see or hear you when you’ve built a business around your own ideas. They are waiting for you to create a bridge and build it around them.
Adopting a “People-First” Business Model
To implement this, you want to start by working with your ideal clients first. Then, build your package, your healing modality, and your coaching program around those people. Your ideas are not what makes up your business. It is the people you serve that make up your business. I call this a “people-first business” instead of an “idea-first business.”
So, take a breath. Set aside all of your ideas for a moment and go meet the people your soul is here to serve. Learn about their struggles and their goals. Learn how they talk. Get to know them deeply and personally. Then, structure the work you do around them in the exact way they need to receive your gifts, knowledge, and support.
When you do this, your business becomes a glowing, energetic hub… a vortex of possibility for those soul-aligned clients. They can begin to feel you and see you from a thousand miles away. The resonant energy in your business magnetically draws them to you because you are showing up to support them, rather than trying to build a structure around yourself.
Your purpose-driven business was never about you anyway. It’s about the transformation that you can facilitate with your clients.
