To recalibrate, take a deep breath in and out and affirm, “I choose to know that I am the foundation.” Confirm.
- Sacral Chakra: Now, bring your awareness to your sacral chakra. The distortion is seeking permission to desire. The original code is sacred origin. We stop asking if our wants are okay; we birth them because we exist. Let’s recalibrate. Affirm, “I choose to remember that I am the origin.” Take a deep breath. Confirm.
- Solar Plexus Chakra: Move your awareness to your solar plexus. The distortion is craving validation. The original code is internal power. We stop looking for applause; we approve of ourselves. To recalibrate, affirm, “I choose to know that I am the authority.” Deep breath in. Confirm.
- Heart Chakra: Bring your awareness to your heart. The distortion is waiting to be chosen. The original code is self-sourced love. We stop begging for connection; we become the gravity that connects. Let’s recalibrate now. Affirm, “I am the source.” Deep breath in and out. Confirm.
- Throat Chakra: Focus on your throat chakra. The distortion is speaking to please. The original code is resonant or authentic truth. We stop echoing the noise; we sound our own note. To recalibrate, affirm, “I have chosen that I am the voice.” Deep breath in. Confirm.
- Third Eye Chakra: Bring your awareness to your third eye. The distortion is looking for answers. The original code is direct knowing. We stop outsourcing our wisdom and remember we already know. Let’s recalibrate. Affirm, “I am the vision.” Deep breath in. Confirm.
- Crown Chakra: Finally, bring your awareness to your crown chakra. The distortion is praying to a distant God or external beings. The original code is divine embodiment. We stop looking up; we bring divinity down and from within. To recalibrate, affirm, “I choose to remember I am the channel.” Deep breath in. Confirm.
