Understanding the Energetics Behind Mood Swings
Before beginning this activation, it’s important to understand the energetic communication behind what is medically known as bipolar disorder. This isn’t just for those with a diagnosis; it’s a universal human experience. We all navigate the energetic shifts from manic highs to depressive lows. Those with a formal diagnosis simply experience this oscillation more frequently or noticeably.
From an energetic perspective, this is not a broken system. Instead, it is a profound physical communication from your body. It is the body’s expression of energetic instability, a consciousness oscillating between two extreme poles because it has forgotten its anchor in the center… its still point of neutrality.
The Two Energetic Poles
- The Depressive Pole: This represents a profound disconnection from the root chakra. The body is communicating, “I’m completely ungrounded. I’m cut off from my life force. There is no foundation beneath me, and I am not safe.”
- The Manic Pole: This is the opposite extreme… a chaotic, ungrounded flow of creative energy, often from the crown and sacral chakras. Here, the body is saying, “I’m being blown open by a storm, and I have no anchor to control myself. My solar plexus is lost in this chaos.”
The entire condition is the body desperately searching for that neutral home frequency, that calm sovereign center between the two polarities.
How to Find Your Center with The Zero Point Reset for Energetic Balance
So, how do we find that center? We don’t fight the poles. We consciously choose to center ourselves and remember our anchor. This activation is an exercise in self-empowerment, designed to bring this awareness back to you. Remember, you are always in control. If you feel you can’t be fully present, save this for a later time when you can create space for your wholeness.
Step 1: Preparation
Begin by sitting calmly. Plant your feet directly onto the floor, anchoring them into the ground. Place one hand on your solar plexus (your truth) and one hand on your heart. When you are ready, gently close your eyes.
Step 2: Anchor with 3-6-9 Breathing
First, we will anchor your nervous system with the breath. We will use 3-6-9 breathing, also known as Merkaba breathing, to bring the unequal oscillation back to the self-centered nine frequency and step into the zero point of your heart. I will guide you through it.
- Breathe in for a count of 3.
- Hold your breath for a count of 6.
- Slowly exhale for a count of 9.
Continue this pattern, adjusting the counts as guided in the video or finding a rhythm that feels right for you. The goal is to find your own flow and pace.
Step 3: The Visualization Process
With your eyes still closed, continue breathing calmly and begin the visualization.
- Visualize the Poles: See two large spheres of energy. One is a dark, still sphere below your feet (one polarity). The other is a large, blindingly bright sphere of light above your head (the other polarity). Notice them without judgment, simply distinguishing their different energies.
- Acknowledge the Oscillation: See how your consciousness has been bouncing back and forth between these two extremes.
- Make a New Choice: From your center, say this in your mind with your full power: “I call all of my power and energy back. Now.”
- Reclaim Your Energy: Visualize your energy streaming back from both poles… from the sphere above and the sphere below. Feel it returning to you, flowing in through your solar plexus and your heart, right where your hands are placed.
- Ignite Your Still Point: As this energy returns, see it form a stable, new golden sun at your center, connecting your solar plexus and heart into one unified engine. This is your still point. It is not high or low, energized or depleted. It is simply present, neutral, calm, warm, and sovereign.
Breathe into this golden sun. Feel its stable, quiet hum. This is your home frequency.
I choose to remember that I am the conscious creator at this still point. I choose to live from my neutral, grounded, peaceful core. I am the anchor. I am home.
Integrating Your Still Point Anchor into Daily Life
You can remember this vibration, this zero-point frequency of wholeness, whenever you find yourself drifting. It is always there; all you need to do is remember it.
To build this new foundation, try to create space to practice this still point anchor for five to ten minutes every morning. This will help set a neutral, grounded frequency for your entire day. If you feel the pull towards any pole during the day, use it as a reminder. Simply plant your feet, place your hands on your solar plexus and heart, and visualize that neutral golden sun for just 60 seconds. It will bring you right back to your center.
