Have you ever explored the idea that physical ailments are your body’s way of communicating a deep energetic imbalance? When it comes to conditions like Parkinson’s disease, it’s crucial to understand that your body is speaking to you. This isn’t just a medical diagnosis; it’s a profound physical communication. Whether you have been diagnosed, know someone who has, or simply want to understand the energetics of it, this perspective is for you.

The Conscious Mind’s Control Over Symptoms

Have you ever noticed that the tremors and stiffness associated with Parkinson’s are mostly present in the waking state and often disappear during sleep? This tells us something significant. The symptoms are deeply connected with the conscious, controlling mind, the part of you that is awake and running your life’s programs.

When this “controller” part rests during sleep, the body can often return to its natural state of peace. The program pauses, and so does the symptom. This suggests the body is not broken; it is simply running a loop.

Is It Genetic? An Energetic Inheritance

Many people ask if these conditions are genetic. It’s helpful to think of genetics less as a life sentence and more as an energetic inheritance, a dormant program. It’s the life we live, the fears we hold, and the beliefs we cling to that can finally activate that program in our waking state.

The body whispers long before it shouts.

How Your Body Is Speaking to You Through the Chakras

The physical symptoms are often the final manifestation of inner imbalances that have existed for years. These imbalances can be understood through the lens of our energy centers, or chakras.

  • The Inner Trembling (Root Chakra): A physical tremor is often the last expression of an inner trembling. This points to our root chakra, our center of safety, being shaken. It is a deep, long-held program of “I am not safe” that runs every day.
  • The Inner Rigidity (Solar Plexus): Physical rigidity or stiffness is the final manifestation of inner rigidity. This relates to the solar plexus, our center of will. It reflects a lifetime of over-control, where the waking mind tries to hold everything together so tightly that the system finally exhausts itself.
  • The Inner Frozen State (Third Eye): Physical freezing or slowness is the body expressing an inner frozen state. This is connected to the third eye, our center of fluid wisdom. It is a message that says, “I have been stuck in my old conscious programs for so long that the stuckness is now my physical reality.”

A New Conversation: The Golden Fluidity Remembrance Practice

So, how do we begin to have a new conversation with the body? How do we teach our waking mind to choose the peace the body remembers in sleep? We start by not fighting the symptoms. Instead, we remind the body of its original, fluid, perfect blueprint. This can be done with a practice I call the Golden Fluidity Remembrance. I invite you to try this, even if you don’t have this diagnosis, to remind yourself of the peace that already exists within you.

Step-by-Step Guided Visualization

  1. Find Your Space: Sit or lie down comfortably and gently close your eyes.
  2. Ignite Your Inner Sun: Bring your awareness to the center of your head and imagine a small, warm, radiant golden sun. This is the light of your original source code.
  3. Release the Golden Fluid: Feel that warm golden sun begin to release a liquid golden light, like warm, soothing honey. This is the energy of pure fluidity and peace.
  4. Bathe Your Mind: Visualize this warm golden fluid gently bathing your brain, soothing every nerve and pathway.
  5. Flow Through Your Body: Feel it flow down your spinal cord like a beautiful, flowing river of light. From your spine, feel it flow into every nerve, down your shoulders, into your arms, and all the way to your fingertips. This light isn’t forcing anything; it is reminding your body of its natural state.
  6. Dissolve and Calm: Feel it gently dissolving all rigidity and calming all shaking, simply by remembering peace.
  7. Anchor in the Earth: Now, feel that golden river flow down into your core, warming you from the inside out. Let it flow down through your root chakra, into your hips and legs, and out through the soles of your feet, anchoring that golden, fluid peace deep into the earth.
  8. Observe and Allow: Let your entire nervous system be held in this gentle, flowing peace. Visualize it, see it, imagine it, and just allow it. Notice what you notice, feel what you feel, and let it all be.

Anchoring Your New Waking Program

From this powerful, peaceful place, we can state a new conscious choice. This becomes your new waking program. You can say this inside your mind or out loud.

I now choose to know I am safe in my body. I am the sovereign creator of my inner world. I am fluid. I am flexible. I am at peace. I choose to anchor my original divine blueprint of grace, flow, and ease.

Practice this golden fluidity visualization for at least 10 minutes every morning to set your waking program. You can also do it for 10 minutes in the evening to align with your body’s natural state of peace as you rest.

If during the day you feel a tremor or a moment of stiffness, use it as a reminder. Stop for 30 seconds. Close your eyes, breathe, see that golden light, and whisper to yourself, “I choose to remember that I am flow and I am peace.” You are teaching your conscious mind to choose a new reality.
