The One Word Sabotaging Your Healing

Have you ever considered that there might be the one word sabotaging your healing? This simple shift involves removing the word ‘my’ when referring to a diagnosis like anxiety or chronic pain. Many people have noticed a profound shift in their healing process by making this one change, and it might be the most important word you can ever remove from your vocabulary.

Your Words Are The Commands

Let’s begin with a simple recalibration and remember the physics of your reality. Your body is the most advanced, high-frequency biological technology in this known universe, and it is always listening. Your consciousness and your words are the commands you give to this advanced system.

When you attach the word “my” to a diagnosis, as in “my cancer journey,” “my ADHD,” “my anxiety,” or “my chronic pain,” you’re giving your advanced technology a direct command to own it. You are also ordering your cells to completely identify with it. You’re instructing your energetic field to anchor that program as you.

Why “My” Is The One Word Sabotaging Your Healing

But here’s the truth. That illness is not you. That diagnosis is not your identity. It is communication. It is a messenger in high volume sent with profound love from your body.

That illness is not you. That diagnosis is not your identity. It is communication.

A headache is a simple signal that you need water or rest. A chronic diagnosis is a much louder signal. It points to a deeper program, an old trauma, or an ancestral distortion that is anchored in your tissue and screaming to be seen, met with neutrality, and integrated.

When you own the messenger, when you make that signal your identity, you stop the integration process. You claim the distortion. Consequently, you use your infinite creative power to perpetuate the very thing you are asking to heal.

Receive the Signal, Don’t Own the Messenger

You are a vast, conscious, complete creator. Why would you choose to focus your power on a program that you don’t want? Instead of owning the signal, you can choose to receive the signal.

Here is the shift. I was diagnosed with a completely untreatable epilepsy. The “my epilepsy” program was handed to me, but I chose not to make it my identity. I didn’t fight the condition, as this creates resistance. Instead, I listened to it. I got curious. I placed my hands on my body and asked these questions.

  • What are you communicating to me?
  • What program are you holding?
  • What distortion is asking for integration?

I treated it as a messenger, not an identity. As a result, I shifted the program and I’ve been seizure-free for over 13 years.

You Are Not Broken, You Are Breaking Open

This is not about toxic positivity. This is not about denying your physical experience, either. This is about refusing to make your temporary experience your permanent identity.

You are not broken. You’re whole, having an experience.

These experiences are not here to break you apart. They are here to break you open, to shatter the programs so that you can finally remember what you are. You are a perfect creative miracle and a being of infinite sovereign power.

Stop owning the distortion. Start owning that miracle instead. And if you need support on this journey, we have weekly events designed to help. You can join our Cycle Breakers community events to find the resources and connection you need.
