The Unsustainable Drive for Success
So often as entrepreneurs, we build, grow, scale, grind, and hustle. We work and we push, eventually breaking through major milestones, whether it’s a $50k month, a $100k month, or a half-a-million-dollar milestone. It doesn’t matter. The story is nearly always the same.
The truth is, the drive that got you to where you are is simply unsustainable. You created your business to make an impact while also creating freedom for yourself, but you haven’t been able to allow yourself to actually experience that freedom.
The drive that got you to where you’re at, the push that got you to where you’re at is simply unsustainable.
Why Your Success Doesn’t Feel Free: The Subconscious Pattern
Many entrepreneurs get trapped in this cycle and simply resign themselves to the idea that this is the cost of success. But it’s not. In reality, it’s the price that a subconscious pattern within your nervous system is paying for you, and it has been writing a blank check, spending all of your freedom.
Here’s what has been happening. The motivation and drive that have gotten you this far come from a pattern in your consciousness that says your worth is tied to your output.
This pattern has served you well in pushing you forward and hitting greater goals. You’ve made a bigger impact and scaled your business, and for that, congratulations. But if we don’t address this subconscious program, it doesn’t matter how far you go. You will never experience true freedom.
If your subconscious feels that your worth is tied to your output, that program will distort the power in your solar plexus chakra. It will constantly create things to keep you busy, another fire to put out, or another push to achieve. You’ll never be able to step back and actually enjoy the results and freedom your business was meant to provide.
Anchoring a New Belief: Your Existence is Enough

Your existence is enough. Your worth is tied to your essence, not your output. You can still output great results. You can still achieve great things and make a great impact, but don’t tie your worth to it. If that’s been happening, it’s the very thing that’s keeping you stuck while simultaneously driving you forward.
Create balance here and merge these two worlds. This allows you to take the drive and motivation for the purpose, the mission, the impact, and the freedom you’re here to create while simultaneously anchoring your worth and your value to your essence.
