If you’re a conscious entrepreneur, you might find yourself stuck in analysis paralysis more often than you’d like to admit. You spend hours weighing the pros and cons, absolutely terrified of making the wrong choice. However, the answer you’re looking for isn’t in your head. Instead, it’s found within your body by connecting to your inner guidance system.

A Simple Hack to Use Your Body’s Inner Compass for Decisions
Here is a powerful yet simple hack you can use right now, or anytime you have a decision to make, whether it is big or small. Just follow these steps.
- Get Grounded. Stand up straight with your feet flat on the floor. Take a deep breath and gently close your eyes.
- Feel Your Balance. As you exhale, simply notice the slight, subtle movements in your leg muscles that are constantly working to keep you balanced and upright.
- Visualize Option A. Think of the decision you need to make. Visualize yourself one year from now having chosen the first option. It is crucial that you don’t just think about it, but truly visualize it.
- Notice the Feeling. Pay close attention to the feeling in your body. Is there a sensation of expansion or lightness? Do you feel energy in your chest or your core? Or is there a subtle contraction, a tightness, or even a feeling of dread? Notice if your body naturally tilts forward or leans backward.
- Reset and Repeat. Now, release that visualization. Shake your body, move your arms, and move your legs to clear the energy. Then, do the exact same exercise for option B. Feel it fully and notice the response.
How to Decode Your Body’s Signals
Your body inherently knows the direction of your highest timeline. The signals are clear once you learn to listen. An expansive feeling is a “yes,” while a contraction is a “no.” In the same way, a physical tilt forward is a “yes,” and a lean backward is a “no.”

This isn’t just a mental trick. Your body instinctively moves towards things that are good and safe for you and away from things that are not. This protective mechanism is built directly into your body’s circuitry, encoded through eons of data stored in your DNA.
