This post unpacks the 3 Steps To A Thriving Conscious Business (don’t Skip #2) and reveals why so many healers and coaches with incredible gifts are struggling to build a sustainable business. For many conscious entrepreneurs, starseeds, and lightworkers, there are three key pieces to building a thriving, purpose-driven business, but skipping the second step can silently kill your purpose.

The Common Disconnect for Conscious Entrepreneurs
Most people get stuck on the first part, or they skip the second part entirely. This leaves their business struggling and their purpose limited. As a result, they aren’t able to make the profound impact that they know they’re here to make.
This often looks like you’ve received a powerful download from Higher Consciousness. You think, “I can share this with so many people and it’ll change so many people’s lives.” You decide to build a course or host a group around this idea. You put it all together, and it’s absolutely fantastic. You’re really proud of it, and you should be because you put a lot of work into it.
But then you try to get it out there so that people can actually see it, feel it, and change their lives with it. Unfortunately, people just aren’t able to see the magic in the work that you’ve created. This can leave you wondering, what am I doing wrong? The answer is simple; you’re missing step number two.
The Critical Second of the 3 Steps To A Thriving Conscious Business
Step number one is the idea, the value that you provide. But before you go build all the structures, create the course, and try to put it out there, you need to complete step number two. Step number two is to learn the language of and connect with the people that are meant to receive your gift.
…to understand them before you build the structure, before you put together the group, before you build out the whole process or the technique, before you put together the course to learn about those people first.
The best way to do this is to work with them deeply and personally, to understand them at every level. When you can do that, then when you go to talk about the work that you do, or you build the course or program, people will be able to see that container. They will see you and the way you show up and think, “Holy cow, they totally get me.”
Creating Resonance That Attracts Your Ideal Clients
That feeling of resonance has people lining up to get involved in your course, your program, or to work with you directly. However, you have to work with 5, 10, or even 15 people one-on-one first to get a deep sense of who they are and what resonates with them.
When you do that, you are then able to communicate about your work effectively because you know the language to use. You’ve listened to the people you’re here to serve. You’ve heard how they talk about themselves, their struggles, their challenges, and their goals. This allows you to talk about your work in a way that relates directly to how your ideal clients talk about themselves. That makes all the difference.
If you’re ready to bridge the gap between the idea you downloaded from your higher consciousness and the clients that you’re meant to serve, your work is meant to be seen. It’s time for you to become an embodied entrepreneur. Mapping Out The 3 Steps to Success
As I mentioned, there are three parts to building a purpose-driven business. Here is a clear breakdown of each step.
- The Value: This is the core idea or gift that you can provide to your clients.
- Communicate the Value: This is about connecting with your audience. You must communicate your value in a way that allows the people you’re meant to serve to hear you, understand you, feel the resonance, and take action.
- Exchange the Value: This involves the structures you put in place for your business. This could be your course, your program, the price your clients pay, or whatever method of exchange you’ve set up that allows you to sustain and continue doing your work.
Those are the three components. Most people miss number two. They get stuck entirely in number one and never figure out how to do number two, or they’re scared of putting themselves out there. They’re afraid of communicating their value. Or, when they do communicate, they haven’t spent enough time with the people they’re here to serve, so they can’t speak a language that truly resonates.
So, if you’ve been up against these struggles and you’re ready to make those changes, we can help. If you’re ready to become an embodied entrepreneur and deliver your gifts to the world, you can get started by checking out the Embodied Entrepreneurs Source Code Activation program.
